Claims (13)

1. Композиция сшитого полиэтилена, полученная взаимодействием (А) функционализированного полиэтилена, содержащего винилтриалкоксисиланольные привитые функциональные группы, и (В) силикона с гидроксильными концевыми группами, где сшитый полиэтилен содержит поперечные связи -C-C-Si-[O-Si(C)2]m-O-Si-C-C-, и (С) небольшого количества катализатора.
2. Сшитый полиэтилен по п. 1, в котором количество силикона с гидроксильными концевыми группами в данной реакции составляет от 50 млн-1 до 20% из расчета на количество полиэтилена в данной реакции.
3. Сшитый полиэтилен по п. 1, вязкость которого при 190°С составляет, по меньшей мере, 107 Па·с.
4. Способ получения композиции сшитого полиэтилена, включающий в себя
предоставление полиэтилена, содержащего винилтриалкоксисиланольные привитые функциональные группы, и
смешивание полиэтилена с силиконом, содержащим гидроксильные концевые группы, в количестве от 50 млн-1 до 20% из расчета на количество полиэтилена, с получением сшиваемой смолы,
где данная сшиваемая смесь способна образовывать поперечные связи -C-C-Si-[O-Si(C)2]m-O-Si-C-C- при температуре ниже 70°С.
5. Готовое изделие, содержащее композицию сшитого полимера по любому из п.п. 1-4.
6. Готовое изделие по п. 5, где данное изделие представляет собой трубу.
7. Труба по п. 6 с толщиной стенки до 20 см.
8. Труба по п. 7, где данную трубу экструдируют.
9. Способ изготовления трубы, включающий в себя стадию экструзии композиции сшитого полимера по любому из п.п. 1-3.
10. Композиция сшитого полимера по любому из п.п. 1-3, где вязкость сшитого полимера при 190°С составляет, по меньшей мере, 107 Па·с.
