Способ подготовки топлива, заключающийся в воздействии на топливо резко неоднородным электрическим полем высокой напряженности, отличающийся тем, что переменная во времени частота электрического поля выбирается из отрезка собственных частот колебаний молекул, содержащихся в топливной смеси, и каждая молекула топлива при этом проходит через зону высокой напряженности, создаваемую резко неоднородным электрическим полем.2. Устройство для подготовки топлива, содержащее полый корпус, входной и выходной штуцеры, первый электрод, расположенный в полости корпуса, а также второй электрод, отличающееся тем, что первый электрод выполнен в виде ерша, ось которого преимущественно совпадает с осью симметрии полости корпуса, радиально расположенные щетинки, которого представляют собой заостренные на конце тонкие металлические проволоки-иголки, а второй электрод представляет собой равноудаленную от кончиков игл, преимущественно цилиндрическую, электропроводящую поверхность.3.
