Abstract
1. Способ дистального блокирования канюлированных стержней, включающий закрытую репозицию костных отломков длинной трубчатой кости, проведение по направляющей спице в костномозговой канал канюлированного стержня определенной длины, далее с помощью подготовленного дистального целенаправителя, отличающийся тем, что сверлом формируют канал в верхнем дистальном отверстии стержня для блокирующего винта, прохождение сверла через отверстие рабочего конца стержня контролируют направляющей спицей, введенной в канал стержня, далее при соответствии направления в канале отверстия на рабочем конце стержня вводят блокирующий винт через втулку, прохождение, которого через отверстие рабочего конца стержня контролируют с помощью направляющей спицы, введенной в канал стержня.2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что втулку с отверткой оставляют фиксированной на головке винта, тем самым происходит выравнивание стержня внутри костномозгового канала, в случае деформации его во время введения в костномозговой канал, после этого производят блокирование винтом нижнего отверстия дистального конца стержня стандартным способом.1.
