Abstract
1. Электролизер для экстракции индия из расплавленных сплавов, содержащий обогреваемые анодную ванну и катодную ванну из перфорированного цилиндра, покрытого двумя слоями диафрагмы из кварцевой ткани, пропитанными электролитом, и чашей внутри, отличающийся тем, что электролизер снабжен насосом циркуляции анодного сплава.2. Электролизер по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что снабжен анодным экраном в виде цилиндра с кольцевым карманом, в котором по всему периметру стенка цилиндра снабжена отверстиями для орошения диафрагмы анодным сплавом.3. Электролизер по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что катодная ванна выполнена в виде цилиндра с перфорацией в средней части, на которой плотно закреплена внутренняя диафрагма, а снизу на дне перфорированный цилиндр герметично соединен с чашей для сбора катодного сплава.4. Электролизер по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что катодная ванна погружена в корзину наружной диафрагмы из кварцевой ткани с зазором для электролита.5. Электролизер по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве катода используют катодные пластины из цинкового сплава вертикально подвешивают на стенку катодной ванны.6. Электролизер по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что катодные пластины выполнены из сплава цинка с 1-5% магния.1. The electrolyzer according to claim 1, characterized in that the cathode bath is made in the form of a cylinder with perforation in the middle part, on which the internal diaphragm is tightly fixed, and from the bottom at the bottom, the perforated cylinder is hermetically connected to the cathode alloy collecting cup. The cell according to claim 1, characterized in that the cathode bath is immersed in a basket of an external diaphragm made of quartz fabric with a gap for the electrolyte. 5. The electrolyzer according to claim 1, characterized in that the cathode plates of zinc alloy are used as a cathode vertically suspended on the wall of the cathode bath. The electrolyzer according to claim 1, characterized in that the cathode plates are made of zinc alloy with 1-5% magnesium.
