Способ получения водорастворимой композиции наночастиц серебра, включающий растворение в воде полимера-стабилизатора, электрохимическую обработку полученного раствора путем пропускания постоянного электрического тока с использованием серебряных катода и анода, отличающийся тем, что в раствор добавлена водорастворимая соль нитрата серебра, обработку ведут при перемешивании и нагреве, а в качестве полимера-стабилизатора используют полимеры медицинского назначения с детоксикационным действием.
