Abstract
1. Аппарат для проведения физико-химических процессов, содержащий камеру смешения из немагнитного материала с рабочими телами из материала, обладающего магнитоактивными свойствами, статорную обмотку, выполненную на внешней поверхности камеры, и размещенный внутри нее неподвижный ротор в виде сердечника, отличающийся тем, что сердечник выполнен из немагнитного и неэлектропроводящего материала, на обоих торцах камеры смешения установлены диски с гнездами под торцы сердечкика и на внешней поверхности сердечника выполнены спиральные выступы, направление закрутки спирали противоположно направлению вращения магнитного поля.2. Аппарат по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что боковая поверхность сердечника выполнена в виде прямоугольной резьбы.3. Аппарат по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что боковая поверхность сердечника выполнена в виде двухзаходной секционированной прямоугольной резьбы со скругленными витками.4. Аппарат по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что на боковой поверхности сердечника установлены расположенные по спирали цилиндрические бобышки5. Аппарат по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что сердечник выполнен с центральным и радиальными каналами, соединенными с линией дозирования химических реагентов.6. Аппарат по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что на выходе камеры смешения установлен теплообменник.7. Аппарат по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что на стенках межтрубного пространства выполнено покрытие, например, каталитически активной композицией.1.
