Abstract
1. Способ нагрева металлического лома в шахтной дуговой сталеплавильной печи, включающий загрузку металлического лома в шахтный подогреватель, примыкающий к дуговой сталеплавильной печи и его нагрев, периодическую выгрузку нагретого лома с помощью толкателя из шахтного подогревателя через окно выдачи лома в рабочее пространство дуговой печи, дальнейший нагрев лома, его расплавление и нагрев металлического расплава дугами и отвод образующихся в рабочем пространстве печи технологических газов через сводовый патрубок на газоочистку, отличающийся тем, что горючую смесь, используемую для нагрева металлического лома и состоящую из газообразного топлива, кислорода и балластных продуктов горения, охлажденных после прохождения через слой лома в шахтном подогревателе, готовят в горелочном устройстве и подают в нижнюю часть шахтного подогревателя.2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что охлажденные балластные продукты горения из верхней части шахтного подогревателя эжектируют в горелочное устройство кислородом с помощью инжекторов.3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что охлажденные балластные газы после прохождения через слой лома в шахтном подогревателе в количестве, равном количеству продуктов горения газообразного топлива, поступающего в горелочное устройство, удаляют после смешения с технологическими газами в рабочем пространстве печи через сводовый патрубок, а остальное количество балластных газов подают в горелочное устройство.4.
