Abstract

Способ получения комплексного удобрения, включающий разложение сырья - размолотого мела или известняка неупаренной фосфорной кислотой, содержащей 22-32% общего РО, сушку полученной смеси вместе с ретурным сухим продуктом и рассев, отличающийся тем, что в полученную смесь добавляют отмытую холодной водой от хлористого натрия полигалитовую руду фракции менее 2 мм, взятую в количестве, обеспечивающем базовое соотношение РO:КО, равное 1, смесь гомогенизируют, раствор, полученный от промывки полигалитовой руды, упаривают с выделением хлористого натрия, а полученные при охлаждении раствора сульфатнокалийномагниевые соли подают на гомогенизацию смеси перед сушкой, при этом соотношение РO:КO может быть изменено путем уменьшения или увеличения расхода отмытой полигалитовой руды.A method of producing a complex fertilizer, including the decomposition of raw materials - ground chalk or limestone with unpaired phosphoric acid containing 22-32% of total PO, drying the resulting mixture with a dry reture product and sieving, characterized in that the mixture is washed with cold water and sodium chloride polygalite ore of a fraction of less than 2 mm, taken in an amount providing a basic PO: KO ratio of 1, the mixture is homogenized, the solution obtained from washing the polygalite ore is evaporated with evolution of chloride sodium, and the sulfate-potassium magnesium salts obtained by cooling the solution are fed to the homogenization of the mixture before drying, and the PO: KO ratio can be changed by reducing or increasing the flow rate of the washed polygalite ore.

Способ получения комплексного удобрения, включающий разложение сырья - размолотого мела или известняка неупаренной фосфорной кислотой, содержащей 22-32% общего Р2О5, сушку полученной смеси вместе с ретурным сухим продуктом и рассев, отличающийся тем, что в полученную смесь добавляют отмытую холодной водой от хлористого натрия полигалитовую руду фракции менее 2 мм, взятую в количестве, обеспечивающем базовое соотношение Р2O:К2О, равное 1, смесь гомогенизируют, раствор, полученный от промывки полигалитовой руды, упаривают с выделением хлористого натрия, а полученные при охлаждении раствора сульфатнокалийномагниевые соли подают на гомогенизацию смеси перед сушкой, при этом соотношение Р2O52O может быть изменено путем уменьшения или увеличения расхода отмытой полигалитовой руды.
