Abstract
1. Сополимер для улучшения термического сопротивления метакриловой смолы, содержащий:от 45 до 85% по весу ароматического винилового мономера,от 5 до 45% по весу мономера сложного эфира мет(акриловой) кислоты иот 10 до 20% по весу мономера ангидрида ненасыщенной дикарбоновой кислоты,при этом указанный сополимер имеет общий коэффициент пропускания света 88% или более, измеренный согласно ASTM D1003 на образце толщиной 2 мм.2. Сополимер по п. 1, содержащий:от 50 до 80% по весу ароматического винилового мономера,от 8 до 38% по весу мономера сложного эфира мет(акриловой) кислоты иот 12 до 18% по весу мономера ангидрида ненасыщенной дикарбоновой кислоты.3. Сополимер по п. 1 или 2, в котором среднемассовая молекулярная масса (Mw) сополимера составляет от 10×10до 20×10.4. Композиция смолы, содержащая:от 5 до 50% по весу сополимера по любому из пп. 1-3 и от 50 до 95% по весу метакриловой смолы.5. Композиция смолы по п. 4, в которой метакриловая смола содержит:от 70 до 100% по весу мономера сложного эфира мет(акриловой) кислоты и от 0 до 30% по весу ароматического винилового мономера.6. Литое изделие, содержащее композицию смолы по п. 4 или 5.7. Литое изделие по п. 6, являющееся оптической деталью.8. Литое изделие по п. 7, являющееся оптической пленкой.9. Литое изделие по п. 8, являющееся защитной пленкой для поляризационной пленки, фазокомпенсирующей пленкой или просветляющей пленкой.
Claims (9)
1. Сополимер для улучшения термического сопротивления метакриловой смолы, содержащий:
от 45 до 85% по весу ароматического винилового мономера,
от 5 до 45% по весу мономера сложного эфира мет(акриловой) кислоты и
от 10 до 20% по весу мономера ангидрида ненасыщенной дикарбоновой кислоты,
при этом указанный сополимер имеет общий коэффициент пропускания света 88% или более, измеренный согласно ASTM D1003 на образце толщиной 2 мм.
2. Сополимер по п. 1, содержащий:
от 50 до 80% по весу ароматического винилового мономера,
от 8 до 38% по весу мономера сложного эфира мет(акриловой) кислоты и
от 12 до 18% по весу мономера ангидрида ненасыщенной дикарбоновой кислоты.
3. Сополимер по п. 1 или 2, в котором среднемассовая молекулярная масса (Mw) сополимера составляет от 10×104 до 20×104.
4. Композиция смолы, содержащая:
от 5 до 50% по весу сополимера по любому из пп. 1-3 и от 50 до 95% по весу метакриловой смолы.
5. Композиция смолы по п. 4, в которой метакриловая смола содержит:
от 70 до 100% по весу мономера сложного эфира мет(акриловой) кислоты и от 0 до 30% по весу ароматического винилового мономера.
6. Литое изделие, содержащее композицию смолы по п. 4 или 5.
7. Литое изделие по п. 6, являющееся оптической деталью.
8. Литое изделие по п. 7, являющееся оптической пленкой.
9. Литое изделие по п. 8, являющееся защитной пленкой для поляризационной пленки, фазокомпенсирующей пленкой или просветляющей пленкой.
