Claims (30)
1. Медицинское устройство, предназначенное для введения в живой организм, содержащее небиоразлагаемый субстрат, имеющий поверхность контакта с тканью, где указанная поверхность контакта с тканью по меньшей мере частично покрыта микрофибриллами коллагена VI.
2. Медицинское устройство по п. 1, где коллаген VI представлен в виде нативных микрофибрилл.
3. Медицинское устройство по п. 2, где нативные микрофибриллы содержат N- и С-концевые глобулярные домены с сохраненной структурой.
4. Медицинское устройство по п. 1, где указанный небиоразлагаемый субстрат содержит биологически совместимый материал, выбранный из металлических, керамических или пластмассовых материалов.
5. Медицинское устройство по п. 4, где указанный небиоразлагаемый субстрат содержит металлический материал, выбранный из группы, состоящей из титана, циркония, гафния, ванадия, ниобия, тантала, кобальта, и иридия, и их сплавов.
6. Медицинское устройство по п. 4, где указанный небиоразлагаемый субстрат содержит керамический материал.
7. Медицинское устройство по п. 1, представляющее собой несущий нагрузку имплантат.
8. Медицинское устройство по п. 1, представляющее собой стоматологический имплантат или его часть.
9. Медицинское устройство по п. 8, где указанные стоматологический имплантат или его часть выбраны из стоматологического фиксатора, стоматологического абатмента и однокомпонентного стоматологического имплантата.
10. Медицинское устройство по любому из пп. 1-6, представляющее собой слуховой аппарат с костной фиксацией.
11. Медицинское устройство по любому из пп. 1-6, представляющее собой стент.
12. Медицинское устройство по любому из пп. 1-6, представляющее собой шунт.
13. Медицинское устройство по любому из пп. 1-7, представляющее собой ортопедический имплантат.
14. Медицинское устройство по п. 1, где указанная поверхность покрыта слоем коллагена VI, имеющим толщину в диапазоне от 1 нм до 50 нм, например, от 5 нм до 50 нм.
15. Медицинское устройство по п. 1, где коллаген VI присоединен к указанной поверхности посредством линкерных молекул.
16. Способ покрытия поверхности медицинского устройства, включающий:
(1) обеспечение небиоразлагаемого субстрата, имеющего поверхность контакта с тканью
(2) возможно, присоединение линкерных молекул к указанной поверхности контакта с тканью;
и
(3) контактирование по меньшей мере части указанной поверхности контакта с тканью с раствором, содержащим микрофибриллы коллагена VI, для присоединения указанных микрофибрилл коллагена VI к указанной поверхности и/или к указанным линкерным молекулам.
17. Способ по п. 16, где стадию (2) осуществляют посредством
(2-а) нанесения раствора, содержащего линкерные молекулы и растворитель, на поверхность изделия, и
(2-b) удаления указанного растворителя.
18. Способ по п. 16 или 17, где указанные линкерные молекулы содержат поли-L-лизин (PLL).
19. Способ по п. 16, где стадию (3) осуществляют посредством
(3-а) нанесения раствора, содержащего микрофибриллы коллагена VI и растворитель, на указанную поверхность;
(3-b) инкубирования указанного субстрата с указанным раствором, нанесенным на указанную поверхность; и
(3-c) удаления указанного растворителя.
20. Способ по п. 19, где указанный раствор, содержащий микрофибриллы коллагена VI, имеет концентрацию фибрилл коллагена в диапазоне от 10 нМ до 10 мкМ.
21. Способ по п. 16, где указанный коллаген VI представлен в виде нативных микрофибрилл.
