Claims (3)
1. Генетическая конструкция для экспрессии генов в клетках насекомого Polypedilum vanderplanki, включающая выделенный из последовательности ДНК Polypedilum vanderplanki промотор Р121.
2. Генетическая конструкция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что промотор Р121 заменяют на аналогичный промотор со сходством нуклеотидной последовательности не менее 86%.
3. Генетическая конструкция по п. 2, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве аналогичного промотора используют промотор P-II.
