Claims (12)
1. Синтетический слоистый композиционный материал по меньшей мере из двух поли(мет)акрилатных слоев (1) и (2) и одного лежащего между ними слоя из термопластичного полиуретана (3), отличающийся тем, что термопластичный полиуретан имеет в диапазоне между 30 и 60% масс. жестких сегментов и между 40 и 70% масс. мягких сегментов.
2. Синтетический слоистый композиционный материал по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что термопластичный полиуретан имеет в диапазоне между 30 и 45% масс. жестких сегментов и между 55 и 70% масс. мягких сегментов.
3. Синтетический слоистый композиционный материал по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что мягкие сегменты термопластичного полиуретана образуются из алифатических сложных полиэфирдиолов и диизоцианатов.
4. Синтетический слоистый композиционный материал по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что жесткие сегменты образуются из диизоцианатов и алкилдиолов, которые содержат не более 10 атомов углерода.
5. Синтетический слоистый композиционный материал по п. 3, отличающийся тем, что диизоцианаты представляют собой гексаметилендиизоцианат или дициклогексилметандиизоцианат.
6. Синтетический слоистый композиционный материал по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что диизоцианаты представляют собой гексаметилендиизоцианат или дициклогексилметандиизоцианат.
7. Синтетический слоистый композиционный материал по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что поли(мет)акрилатные слои (1) и (2) образуются из смеси мономеров, которая содержит по меньшей мере 90% масс. метилметакрилата (ММА).
8. Синтетический слоистый композиционный материал по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что один или оба поли(мет)акрилатных слоя содержат отражающие ИК-излучение пигменты и/или поглотители УФ-излучения и/или УФ-стабилизаторы.
9. Синтетический слоистый композиционный материал по одному из пп. 1-8, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере один из двух поли(мет)акрилатных слоев дополнительно содержит модификатор ударной прочности.
10. Способ получения синтетического слоистого композиционного материала по одному из пп. 1-9, отличающийся тем, что слои (1),
(3) и (2) накладывают друг на друга, нагревают до температуры между 80 и 140°С и с усилием между 10 и 100 кН спрессовывают на протяжении промежутка времени между 20 и 60 секундами.
11. Применение синтетического слоистого композиционного материала по одному из пп. 1-9 в качестве остекления в автомобиле, рельсовом транспортном средстве, летательном аппарате, оранжерее, рекламном стенде или здании.
