Claims (16)
1. Способ улучшения свариваемости полос из высокомарганцевой стали, содержащей (в вес. %): 6-30% марганца, до 1% углерода, до 15% алюминия, до 6% кремния, до 6,5% хрома, до 4% меди, титан и цирконий в сумме до 0,7%, а также ниобий и ванадий в сумме до 0,5%, остальное - железо и неизбежные примеси стали, на которые нанесено содержащее цинк антикоррозионное покрытие, отличающийся тем, что для предотвращения охрупчивания жидким металлом во время сварки наносят содержащее цинк антикоррозионное покрытие, которое дополнительно содержит марганец и/или кобальт и/или железо.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что толщина содержащего цинк антикоррозионного покрытия составляет от 0,1 до 50 мкм, в частности, от 0,5 до 12 мкм.
3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что на первое содержащее цинк антикоррозионное покрытие наносят второе содержащее цинк покрытие толщиной от 0,5 до 50 мкм, в частности, от 1 до 12 мкм.
4. Способ по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что на первое содержащее цинк антикоррозионное покрытие наносят второе содержащее цинк покрытие толщиной от 0,5 до 50 мкм, в частности, от 1 до 12 мкм.
5. Способ по любому из пунктов 1-4, отличающийся тем, что содержание цинка в первом содержащем цинк антикоррозионном покрытии составляет от 30 до 99 вес. %, в частности, от 75 до 95 вес. %.
6. Способ по п. 3 или 4, отличающийся тем, что второе содержащее цинк покрытие наряду с цинком содержит другие элементы: алюминий и/или кремний и/или магний и/или железо.
7. Способ по любому из пунктов 1-4, отличающийся тем, что первое и/или второе покрытия наносят электролитическим способом или способом осаждения из газовой фазы.
8. Способ по п. 5, отличающийся тем, что первое и/или второе покрытия наносят электролитическим способом или способом осаждения из газовой фазы.
9. Способ по п. 6, отличающийся тем, что первое и/или второе покрытия наносят электролитическим способом или способом осаждения из газовой фазы.
10. Имеющая покрытие полоса из высокомарганцевой стали с улучшенной свариваемостью, содержащая (в вес. %): 6-30% марганца, до 1% углерода, до 15% алюминия, до 6% кремния, до 6,5% хрома, до 4% меди, титан и цирконий в сумме до 0,7%, а также ниобий и ванадий в сумме до 0,5%, остальное - железо и неизбежные примеси стали, имеющая содержащее цинк антикоррозионное покрытие, отличающаяся тем, что для предотвращения охрупчивания жидким металлом во время сварки стальная полоса имеет содержащее цинк антикоррозионное покрытие, которое дополнительно содержит марганец и/или кобальт и/или железо.
11. Стальная полоса по п. 10, отличающаяся тем, что толщина содержащего цинк антикоррозионного покрытия составляет от 0,1 до 50 мкм, в частности, от 0,5 до 12 мкм.
12. Стальная полоса по пункту 10 или 11, отличающаяся тем, что на первое содержащее цинк антикоррозионное покрытие нанесено второе содержащее цинк покрытие толщиной от 0,5 до 50 мкм, в частности, от 1 до 12 мкм.
13. Стальная полоса по п. 11, отличающаяся тем, что содержание цинка в первом содержащем цинк антикоррозионном покрытии составляет от 30 до 99 вес. %, в частности, от 75 до 95 вес. %.
14. Стальная полоса по п. 12, отличающаяся тем, что второе содержащее цинк покрытие наряду с цинком содержит дополнительные элементы: алюминий и/или кремний и/или магний и/или железо.
15. Стальная полоса по любому из пунктов 10, 11, 13 или 14, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит углерод в количестве по меньшей мере 0,04 вес. %, кремний и/или алюминий в количестве по меньшей мере 0,05 вес. %, соответственно, и хром в количестве от 0,05 до 6,5 вес. %.
16. Стальная полоса по п. 12, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит углерод в количестве по меньшей мере 0,04 вес. %, кремний и/или алюминий в количестве по меньшей мере 0,05 вес. %, соответственно, и хром в количестве от 0,05 до 6,5 вес. %.
