Claims (34)
1. Лигатурный якорный фиксатор для реконструктивных операций на мягких тканях, включающий:
корпус, проксимальный конец которого выполнен с возможностью сцепления с инструментом для установки лигатурных фиксаторов, дистальный конец, продольную ось, простирающуюся между проксимальным концом и дистальным концом, а также наружную поверхность, проходящую между проксимальным и дистальными концами;
множество выступов, возвышающихся над поверхностью;
сквозной канал, идущий сквозь корпус поперечно продольной оси; и
мягкий лигатурный мостик, имеющий свободный конец, выполненный с возможностью проведения сквозь него репаративной лигатуры, при этом мягкий лигатурный мостик проходит сквозь канал со свободным концом, выступающим проксимально из канала.
2. Лигатурный якорный фиксатор по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что проксимальный конец корпуса включает одно из выступа или углубления для сцепления с комплементарным углублением или выступом, соответственно, инструмента для установки лигатурного якорного фиксатора.
3. Лигатурный якорный фиксатор по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что дистальный конец корпуса заканчивается на дистальном концевике, выполненном с возможностью установки в отверстие, подготовленное в кости.
4. Лигатурный якорный фиксатор по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что дистальный конец корпуса заканчивается на дистальном концевике, выполненном с возможностью установки в кость без предварительно подготовленного отверстия в кости.
5. Лигатурный якорный фиксатор по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что выступы включают множество циркулярных ребер, крылышек или комбинацию циркулярных ребер или крылышек.
6. Лигатурный якорный фиксатор по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что свободный конец включает первый свободный конец и второй свободный конец.
7. Лигатурный якорный фиксатор по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что свободный конец лигатурного мостика включает предварительно сформированное ушко размером, достаточным для приема и обеспечения скольжения репаративной лигатуры.
8. Лигатурный якорный фиксатор по п. 7, отличающийся тем, что предварительно сформированное ушко или ушки расположены в области проксимального конца корпуса.
9. Лигатурный якорный фиксатор по п. 7, отличающийся тем, что предварительно сформированное ушко или ушки расположены проксимально относительно проксимального конца корпуса.
10. Лигатурный якорный фиксатор по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что мягкий лигатурный мостик представляет собой лигатуру, свободный конец которой при использовании прошит репаративной лигатурой.
11. Лигатурный якорный фиксатор по любому из пп. 1, 2, 8, 9, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно включает пару желобков на поверхности корпуса, идущих проксимально от сквозного канала.
12. Лигатурный якорный фиксатор по п. 11, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно включает углубление, расположенное на проксимальном конце и ориентированное поперечно продольной оси; при этом углубление имеет поперечное сечение, превышающее по размерам поперечное сечение репаративной лигатуры, что позволяет репаративной лигатуре скользить; и
при этом пара желобков идет между каналом и углублением.
13. Лигатурный якорный фиксатор по любому из пп. 1, 2, 8, 9 отличающийся тем, что сквозной канал, проходящий сквозь корпус, включает первый сквозной канал и второй сквозной канал, расположенные проксимально к первому сквозному каналу;
при этом корпус дополнительно включает мостик, расположенный между первым каналом и вторым каналом, а также проход, простирающийся проксимально от второго канала вдоль продольной оси; и
при этом мягкий лигатурный мостик проходит вокруг моста и сквозь проход в направление к проксимальному концу корпуса.
14. Лигатурный якорный фиксатор по любому из пп. 1, 2, 8, 9, 12, отличающийся тем, что корпус дополнительно включает, по меньшей мере, один проем для облегчения врастания костной ткани.
15. Лигатурный якорный фиксатор по любому из пп. 1, 2, 8, 9, 12, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно включает репаративную лигатуру, проведенную сквозь свободный конец мягкого лигатурного мостика.
16. Лигатурный якорный фиксатор по любому из пп. 1, 2, 8, 9, 12, отличающийся тем, что диаметр корпуса составляет от 1 до 3 мм.
17. Лигатурный якорный фиксатор по любому из пп. 1, 2, 8, 9, 12, отличающийся тем, что корпус включает материал, выбранный из композиции полилакто-ко-гликолевой кислоты (PLGA), β-трикальция фосфата (β-ТСР) и кальция сульфата, поли-L-лактидгидроксиапатита (PLLA-HA), полиэфирэфиркетона (РЕЕК) или их вариантов.
18. Лигатурный якорный фиксатор по любому из пп. 8, 9, 12, отличающийся тем, что дистальный конец корпуса заканчивается наконечником, содержащим металл, выбранный из титана, нержавеющей стали или их вариантов.
19. Система лигатурного якорного фиксатора для реконструктивных операций на мягких тканях, содержащая:
инструмент для установки лигатурного якорного фиксатора, включающий:
рукоятку;
штифт, выходящий из рукоятки; и
установочный наконечник, выходящий из штифта и заканчивающийся дистальным концевиком; и
лигатурный якорный фиксатор по любому из пп. 1-18, расположенный на дистальном концевике инструмента для установки лигатурного якорного фиксатора.
20. Система по п. 19, отличающаяся тем, что установочный наконечник с продольной осью включает углубление, направленное проксимально от дистального концевика к рукоятке вдоль продольной оси; и
при этом проксимальный конец корпуса включает выступ, комплементарный углублению на инструменте для установки лигатурного якорного фиксатора.
21. Система по п. 20, отличающаяся тем, что установочный наконечник включает проходной путь, проходящий сквозь установочный наконечник поперечно продольной оси; проходной путь выполнен с возможностью укладки в него репаративной лигатуры снаружи вдоль внешней части установочного наконечника и штифта.
