Claims (1)

Способ получения углеводородов бензинового ряда из попутного нефтяного газа, включающий стадию синтеза оксигенатов из синтез-газа, полученного из попутного нефтяного газа, в присутствии металлооксидного катализатора, и стадию синтеза углеводородов из полученных оксигенатов в присутствии цеолитного катализатора, отличающийся тем, что в качестве металлооксидного катализатора используют катализатор, полученный таблетированием промышленного медьцинкалюминиевого катализатора МегаМакс-507 и оксида алюминия, взятых в соотношении 2:1, с коллоидным графитом в количестве 1% от массы катализатора, после синтеза оксигенатов воднометанольную фракцию отделяют и выводят из процесса, а в реактор синтеза углеводородов дополнительно подают свежий синтез-газ при кратности циркуляции 5-10 об./об.A method for producing gasoline hydrocarbons from associated petroleum gas, comprising a step for synthesizing oxygenates from synthesis gas obtained from associated petroleum gas in the presence of a metal oxide catalyst, and a step for synthesizing hydrocarbons from produced oxygenates in the presence of a zeolite catalyst, characterized in that as a metal oxide catalyst use the catalyst obtained by tabletting industrial copper-zinc catalyst MegaMax-507 and aluminum oxide, taken in a ratio of 2: 1, with loidnym graphite in an amount of 1% by weight of the catalyst after synthesis of oxygenates vodnometanolnuyu fraction is separated and removed from the process, and in the hydrocarbon synthesis reactor is additionally fed into the fresh synthesis gas at a circulation ratio of 5-10 vol. / vol.
