Abstract
1. Аэрозоль-генерирующее устройство для вдыхания курильщиком производимого аэрозоля, содержащее:нагревательный элемент для нагревания образующего аэрозоль субстрата;источник электроэнергии, соединенный с нагревательным элементом; иконтроллер, соединенный с нагревательным элементом и к источнику электроэнергии, причем данный контроллер предназначен для регулирования мощности, поступающей к нагревательному элементу, от источника электроэнергии, чтобы поддерживать температуру нагревательного элемента на заданном уровне, а также выполнен с возможностью мониторинга изменений температуры нагревательного элемента или изменений мощности, поступающей к нагревательному элементу, чтобы обнаруживать изменение воздушного потока, проходящего через нагревательный элемент, указывающее на вдох курильщика.2. Аэрозоль-генерирующее устройство по п. 1, в котором контроллер выполнен с возможностью мониторинга разности между температурой нагревательного элемента и заданной температурой, чтобы обнаруживать изменение воздушного потока, проходящего через нагревательный элемент, указывающее на вдох курильщика.3. Аэрозоль-генерирующее устройство по п. 2, в котором контроллер выполнен с возможностью мониторинга того, превышает ли разность между температурой нагревательного элемента и заданной температурой пороговое значение, чтобы обнаруживатьизменение воздушного потока, проходящего через нагревательный элемент, указывающее на вдох курильщика.4. Аэрозоль-генерирующее устройство по п. 3, в котором контроллер выполнен с возможностью мониторинга того, превышает ли разность между температурой нагревательного элемента и за
Claims (15)
1. Аэрозоль-генерирующее устройство для вдыхания курильщиком производимого аэрозоля, содержащее:
нагревательный элемент для нагревания образующего аэрозоль субстрата;
источник электроэнергии, соединенный с нагревательным элементом; и
контроллер, соединенный с нагревательным элементом и к источнику электроэнергии, причем данный контроллер предназначен для регулирования мощности, поступающей к нагревательному элементу, от источника электроэнергии, чтобы поддерживать температуру нагревательного элемента на заданном уровне, а также выполнен с возможностью мониторинга изменений температуры нагревательного элемента или изменений мощности, поступающей к нагревательному элементу, чтобы обнаруживать изменение воздушного потока, проходящего через нагревательный элемент, указывающее на вдох курильщика.
2. Аэрозоль-генерирующее устройство по п. 1, в котором контроллер выполнен с возможностью мониторинга разности между температурой нагревательного элемента и заданной температурой, чтобы обнаруживать изменение воздушного потока, проходящего через нагревательный элемент, указывающее на вдох курильщика.
3. Аэрозоль-генерирующее устройство по п. 2, в котором контроллер выполнен с возможностью мониторинга того, превышает ли разность между температурой нагревательного элемента и заданной температурой пороговое значение, чтобы обнаруживать
изменение воздушного потока, проходящего через нагревательный элемент, указывающее на вдох курильщика.
4. Аэрозоль-генерирующее устройство по п. 3, в котором контроллер выполнен с возможностью мониторинга того, превышает ли разность между температурой нагревательного элемента и заданной температурой пороговое значение в течение заданного периода времени или в течение заданного числа циклов измерения, чтобы обнаруживать изменение воздушного потока, проходящего через нагревательный элемент, указывающее на вдох курильщика.
5. Аэрозоль-генерирующее устройство по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором контроллер выполнен с возможностью мониторинга разности между мощностью, поступающей к нагревательному элементу, и ожидаемым уровнем мощности.
6. Аэрозоль-генерирующее устройство по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором контроллер предназначен для сравнения скорости изменения температуры или скорости изменения поступающей мощности с уровнем порогового значения.
7. Аэрозоль-генерирующее устройство по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором контроллер предназначен для регулирования мощности, поступающей к нагревательному элементу, когда обнаруживается изменение воздушного потока, проходящего через нагревательный элемент.
8. Аэрозоль-генерирующее устройство по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором контроллер предназначен для регулирования заданной температуры, когда обнаруживается изменение воздушного потока.
9. Аэрозоль-генерирующее устройство по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором контроллер выполнен с возможностью мониторинга
температуры нагревательного элемента на основании измерения электрического сопротивления нагревательного элемента.
10. Аэрозоль-генерирующее устройство по любому из пп. 1-4, содержащее блок вывода данных, и контроллер выполнен для направления сигнала о каждом обнаруженном изменении воздушного потока, проходящего через нагревательный элемент, указывающем на вдох курильщика в блок вывода данных.
11. Аэрозоль-генерирующее устройство по любому из пп. 1-4, причем данное устройство представляет собой электрическое курительное устройство.
12. Способ обнаружения вдыхания курильщиком через электронагревательное аэрозоль-генерирующее устройство, содержащее нагревательный элемент и источник электроэнергии для направления мощности к нагревательному элементу, включая регулирование мощности, поступающей к нагревательному элементу, от источника электроэнергии, чтобы поддерживать температуру нагревательного элемента на заданном уровне, и мониторинг изменений температуры нагревательного элемента или изменений мощности, поступающей к нагревательному элементу, чтобы обнаруживать изменение воздушного потока, проходящего через нагревательный элемент, указывающее на вдох курильщика.
13. Способ по п. 12, в котором стадия мониторинга включает мониторинг разности между температурой нагревательного элемента и заданной температурой, чтобы обнаруживать изменение воздушного потока, проходящего через нагревательный элемент, указывающее на вдох курильщика.
14. Способ по п. 12 или 13, дополнительно включающий стадию
регулирования заданной температуры, когда обнаруживается изменение воздушного потока, проходящего через нагревательный элемент, указывающее на вдох курильщика.
15. Аэрозоль-генерирующее устройство, содержащее контроллер с компьютерной программой, которая при выполнении осуществляет способ по любому из пп. 12-14.
