Abstract
1. Способ изготовления гибкого электрообогревателя, при котором формируют резистивный элемент, присоединяют к нему, по меньшей мере, два листа электроизоляционного материала в определенной последовательности, размещая их с двух сторон от него, и обеспечивают токоподвод к резистивному элементу, отличающийся тем, что формирование заготовки резистивного элемента из резистивного материала проводят на листе электроизоляции с последующим формированием конфигурации резистивного элемента и присоединением второго листа электроизоляции со стороны резистивного элемента или на промежуточном листе электроизоляции с последующим присоединением листов электроизоляции одновременно с двух сторон от промежуточного листа с размещенным на нем резистивным элементом; при необходимости, определяемой условиями эксплуатации, слою резистивного материала, листу электроизоляции и промежуточному листу электроизоляции придают сложную форму (криволинейные поверхности), на соответствующей оснастке; конфигурацию резистивного элемента получают удалением части резистивного материала из заготовки методами, исключающими повреждение листа электроизоляции и появление дефектов, как на самом материале резистивного элемента, так и в геометрических размерах резистивного элемента, например, литографией; лист электроизоляции выполняют из гибкого термо-радиационностойкого высокоизоляционного материала, состоящего из одного материала или нескольких разнородных, с малым газовыделением в вакууме.2.
