Abstract
1. Способ получения настойки из Echinacea purpurea (L.) Moench, заключающийся в том. что измельченные корни и корневища Echinacea purpurea (L.) Moench обрабатывают паром в течение 3-4 ч, далее экстрагируют 40% этиловым спиртом в соотношении сырье: экстрагент 1:6 при температуре 25-30°C настаивают 12-24 ч, затем перемешивают в течение не менее 1 ч, настаивают еще 12-24 ч, сливают часть экстракта, равную количеству загруженных корней и корневищ Echinacea purpurea (L.) Moench, после слива части экстракта к обработанному сырью добавляют 40% этиловый спирт в соотношении сырье: экстрагент 1:1, через 12-24 ч весь экстракт сливают; параллельно проводят экстрагирование измельченной травы Echinacea purpurea (L.) Moench 40% этиловым спиртом в соотношении сырье: экстрагент 1:6 при температуре 25-30°C, настаивают 12-24 ч, затем перемешивают в течение не менее 1 ч, настаивают еще 12-24 ч, сливают часть экстракта, равную количеству загруженной травы Echinacea purpurea (L.) Moench, после слива части экстракта к обработанной траве добавляют 40% этиловый спирт в соотношении сырье: экстрагент 1:1. через 12-24 ч весь экстракт сливают; все полученные экстракты объединяют и проводят выхолаживание в течение 5-8 суток при температуре 4-7°C, фильтруют.2.
