Abstract
Способ получения алюмосиликатного адсорбента, включающий приготовление гетерогенной гидрореакционной композиции из порошка алюминия, кристаллогидрата метасиликата натрия и водного раствора солей металлов с последующим взаимодействием исходных компонентов, отличающийся тем, что используются электролиты, водные растворы солей 2-х и 3-валентных металлов; при этом сначала смешиваются порошок алюминия и кристаллогидрат метасиликата натрия состава NaSiO·9HO, после чего к полученной смеси небольшими порциями добавляют электролит для получения композиции при соотношении компонентов (масс. %): порошок алюминия (10-30), кристаллогидрат метасиликата натрия (20-30), электролит солей металлов (меди, кальция, никеля, кобальта, железа, стронция, серебра) (50-70).A method of producing an aluminosilicate adsorbent, comprising preparing a heterogeneous hydroreaction composition from aluminum powder, sodium metasilicate crystalline hydrate and an aqueous solution of metal salts, followed by the interaction of the starting components, characterized in that electrolytes, aqueous solutions of salts of 2 and 3 valent metals are used; first, aluminum powder and sodium metasilicate crystalline hydrate of the composition NaSiO · 9HO are mixed, after which electrolyte is added in small portions to the resulting mixture at a ratio of components (wt.%): aluminum powder (10-30), sodium metasilicate crystalline hydrate (20- 30), the electrolyte of metal salts (copper, calcium, nickel, cobalt, iron, strontium, silver) (50-70).
