Abstract
Устройство для определения характеристики впрыскивания топлива топливоподающей аппаратурой дизелей, содержащее штуцер для установки испытываемой форсунки, вмонтированный в него датчик давления, трубопровод, соединяющий его с регулирующим блоком, в который вмонтирован редукционный клапан и электромагнитный клапан, отличающееся тем, что в регулирующий блок установлен второй датчик давления, позволяющий определять скорость распространения волны давления в трубопроводе в режиме текущего времени, на ее основе вычислять коэффициент перерасчета и непрерывно корректировать сигнал, полученный с датчика давления в приемной камере для перевода его в характеристику впрыскивания топлива.A device for determining the fuel injection characteristics of the fuel supply equipment of diesel engines, containing a fitting for installing the test nozzle, a pressure sensor mounted in it, a pipe connecting it to the control unit, into which the pressure reducing valve and the solenoid valve are mounted, characterized in that the second sensor is installed in the control unit pressure, which allows to determine the speed of propagation of a pressure wave in the pipeline in the current time mode, on its basis to calculate the coefficient of per calculation and continuously adjust the signal received from the pressure sensor in the receiving chamber to translate it into a characteristic of fuel injection.
