Abstract
Способ определения метода обследования пациентов с ХОБЛ, включающий устройство, состоящее из 8 показателей шкал в таблице №1 описания с оценочными баллами для диагностики определения объема исследований при ХОБЛ, отличающийся тем, что определение метода диагностического обследования осуществляют путем проведения анализа показателей по планшету-устройству, состоящему из 16 показателей шкал с оценочными баллами, в таблице-схеме №2, указанной в описании, обследуемый пациент заполняет курсором-указателем показатели шкалы с 9 по 16 с оценочными баллами, характеризующими состояние его органов дыхания, и если набирает 4 и более балла - пациенту показана консультация оториноларинголога, если пациент заполняет с 9 по 12 показатели шкалы и набирает 4 и более балла, то ему дополнительно показано исследование носа жестким эндоскопом, компьютерная томография околоносовых пазух, передняя активная риноманометрия, исследование обоняния, если пациент заполняет с 13 по 16 показатели шкалы, набирает 4 и более балла, то ему дополнительно показано фиброларингоскопическое исследование, стробоскопическое исследование голосовых складок, спектральный анализ голоса, в результате, все эти показатели являются основой для проведения диагностических и лечебных мероприятий.A method for determining a method for examining patients with COPD, including a device consisting of 8 indicators of scales in table No. 1 of the description with evaluation points for diagnosing the scope of studies for COPD, characterized in that the method of diagnostic examination is determined by analyzing the indicators on a tablet device, consisting of 16 indicators of scales with evaluation points, in the table-chart No. 2 indicated in the description, the examined patient fills the indicators from 9 to 16 with points characterizing the state of his respiratory organs, and if he scores 4 or more points, the patient is advised by an otorhinolaryngologist, if the patient fills from 9 to 12 scale indicators and scores 4 or more points, he is additionally shown a nose examination with a hard endoscope, computed tomography of the paranasal sinuses, anterior active rhinomanometry, the study of smell, if the patient fills from 13 to 16 scale indicators, scores 4 or more points, then he is additionally shown a fibrolaryngoscopic examination, strobe opicheskoe study of vocal folds, spectral analysis of voice, as a result, all of these indicators are the basis for diagnostic and therapeutic measures.
