Abstract

1. Многослойный материал для упаковки мягких желатиновых капсул, содержащих липофильную основу и микроорганизмы, включающий, по меньшей мере, два алюминиевых слоя, соединенных друг с другом, где каждый алюминиевый слой имеет толщину от 2 до 50 мкм, причем указанный материал имеет первую сторону, соединенную со слоем полиамида (ПА), и вторую сторону, соединенную со слоем полиэтилена (ПЭ) или поливинилхлорида (ПВХ), что дает многослойный материал типа ПА/(Al)n/ПЭ или ПА/(Al)n/ПВХ, где n составляет от 2 до 10.2. Многослойный материал по п. 1, в котором n составляет от 2 до 5, даже более предпочтительно от 3 до 4.3. Claims (11)

1. Многослойный материал для упаковки мягких желатиновых капсул, содержащих липофильную основу и микроорганизмы, включающий, по меньшей мере, два алюминиевых слоя, соединенных друг с другом, где каждый алюминиевый слой имеет толщину от 2 до 50 мкм, причем указанный материал имеет первую сторону, соединенную со слоем полиамида (ПА), и вторую сторону, соединенную со слоем полиэтилена (ПЭ) или поливинилхлорида (ПВХ), что дает многослойный материал типа ПА/(Al)n/ПЭ или ПА/(Al)n/ПВХ, где n составляет от 2 до 10.
2. Многослойный материал по п. 1, в котором n составляет от 2 до 5, даже более предпочтительно от 3 до 4.
3. Многослойный материал по п. 1, в котором первый и второй алюминиевые слои, каждый, имеют толщину от 5 до 20 мкм, предпочтительно от 7 до 15 мкм, даже более предпочтительно 10 мкм.
4. Многослойный материал по п. 1, в котором первый, второй и третий алюминиевые слои имеют толщину от 5 до 20 мкм, предпочтительно от 9 до 12 мкм.
5. Многослойный материал по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором первый алюминиевый слой имеет толщину 20 мкм и второй алюминиевый слой имеет толщину 9 мкм, при этом материал обладает проницаемостью для паров воды, составляющей менее 1 г/м3/24 часа, измеренной с помощью способа ASTM F 1249 при температуре 38°C и относительной влажности 90%, и проницаемостью для кислорода, составляющей менее 1 см3/м3/24 ч, измеренной с помощью способа ASTM D 3985 при температуре 23°C и относительной влажности 100%.
6. Блистерная упаковка, включающая покрытие и полость, соединенные друг с другом с образованием футляра для хранения мягких желатиновых капсул, содержащих липофильную основу, предпочтительно растительное масло, и микроорганизмы, диспергированные в указанной липофильной основе, причем указанное покрытие получено из материала по любому из пп. 1-5, и указанная полость получена из многослойного материала, выбранного из группы, включающей: ПП/ПЭ, ПП/ЭВС/ПП, ПВХ/ПП/ЭВС/ПП/ПВХ, ПС/ПЭ, ПС/ПЭ/ПС, ПС/ЭВС/ПЭ и ПА/Al/ПВХ.
7. Блистерная упаковка, включающая покрытие и полость, соединенные друг с другом с образованием футляра для хранения мягких желатиновых капсул, содержащих липофильную основу, предпочтительно растительное масло, и микроорганизмы, диспергированные в указанной липофильной основе, причем указанное покрытие и указанная полость получены из материала по любому из пп. 1-5.
8. Пакет-саше, включающий первую и вторую стороны материала, соединенные друг с другом с образованием замкнутого объема, где указанная первая и/или вторая сторона включают материал по любому из пп. 1-5.
9. Применение многослойного материала по любому из пп. 1-5 для придания стабильности содержащим микроорганизмы продуктам.
10. Применение материала по п. 9 для придания стабильности при хранении содержащих микроорганизмы продуктов, которые находятся в контакте с липофильной основой, предпочтительно растительным маслом, составляющей от 18 до 36 месяцев, предпочтительно 24 месяца при температуре от 20 до 35°C, предпочтительно от 25 до 30°C.
11. Применение материала по п. 9 или 10, где стабильность при хранении содержащих микроорганизмы продуктов представляет собой стабильность в отношении кислорода и паров воды.
