Abstract
Способ получения титанорганического цинксодержащего глицерогидрогеля, характеризующегося брутто-формулой:включающий взаимодействие глицерина и очищенного бутилортотитаната при мольном соотношении 11,75:1 соответственно с последующей отгонкой бутанола из смеси при температуре от 98°C до 102°C в вакууме (остаточное давление от 0,01 до 0,02 МПа), добавление расчетного количества 20%-ного раствора натрия гидроокиси с последующим определением содержания титана в реакционной массе, добавление расчетного количества очищенной воды, необходимого для разбавления реакционной массы, добавление 0,2%-ного раствора окиси цинка и 10%-ного раствора лимонной кислоты, при этом перемешивают реакционную массу в течение 15 минут после добавления каждого компонента, после чего отключают вакуум, охлаждают полученный полупродукт до температуры от 35°C до 40°C, добавляют 10%-ный раствор соляной кислоты до pH от 4,5 до 5,6, перемешивают в течение 30 минут, сливают в подготовленную тару, где выдерживают в течение 20-40 минут до образования гелеобразного готового продукта.A method of obtaining a titanium-organic zinc-containing glycerohydrogel characterized by a gross formula: comprising the interaction of glycerol and purified butylorthotitanate in a molar ratio of 11.75: 1, respectively, followed by distillation of butanol from the mixture at a temperature of 98 ° C to 102 ° C in vacuum (residual pressure from 0, 01 to 0.02 MPa), adding a calculated amount of a 20% sodium hydroxide solution, followed by determining the titanium content in the reaction mass, adding a calculated amount of purified water, necessary for diluting the reaction mass, adding a 0.2% solution of zinc oxide and a 10% solution of citric acid, while stirring the reaction mass for 15 minutes after adding each component, then turn off the vacuum, cool the resulting intermediate to a temperature of 35 ° C to 40 ° C, add a 10% solution of hydrochloric acid to a pH of 4.5 to 5.6, mix for 30 minutes, pour into a prepared container, where it is kept for 20-40 minutes until a gel-like finished product is formed.
