Abstract
Установка для оценки параметров составных частей камеры сгорания дизельного двигателя, содержащая цилиндропоршневую группу, крышку цилиндра, газовое уплотнение в стыке втулка-крышка, стяжные силовые шпильки и средство, обеспечивающее имитацию циклических нагрузок от сил давления газов на составные части камеры сгорания, отличающаяся тем, что цилиндропоршневая группа выполнена цельной в виде тарелки, основание которой имитирует днище поршня в положении верхней мертвой точки, а цилиндрическая часть тарелки имитирует втулку цилиндра в пределах кольцевого бурта, основание тарелки - днище поршня совместно с цилиндрической частью - втулкой и крышкой цилиндра образует натуральную камеру сгорания проектируемого дизеля, крышка цилиндра выполнена в виде плиты с не менее шестью отверстиями под стяжные силовые шпильки с гайками, газовое уплотнение в стыке втулка-крышка выполнено в виде комбинированной прокладки из пластичных материалов - меди, алюминия или из омедненной стали, или мягкой стальной шлифованной прокладки, или в виде беспрокладочного стыка с притертыми соприкасающимися поверхностями крышки и втулки цилиндра, средство, имитирующее циклические нагрузки от сил давления газов на составные части камеры сгорания, выполнено в виде гидравлической системы, состоящей из топливного насоса высокого давления с приводным электродвигателем, топливного бака, трубопроводов подачи топлива от насоса в камеру сгорания и отвода топлива от камеры в топливный бак, невозвратного клапана, манометра, кранов подачи и слива топлива.Installation for evaluating the parameters of the components of the combustion chamber of a diesel engine containing a cylinder-piston group, a cylinder cover, a gas seal in the joint of the sleeve-cover, tightening power studs and means for simulating cyclic loads from gas pressure forces on the components of the combustion chamber, characterized in that the cylinder-piston group is made integral in the form of a plate, the base of which simulates the piston bottom in the position of top dead center, and the cylindrical part of the plate simulates a cylinder bushing in within the annular collar, the base of the plate - the piston bottom together with the cylindrical part - the sleeve and the cylinder cover forms a natural combustion chamber of the designed diesel engine, the cylinder cover is made in the form of a plate with at least six holes for coupling power studs with nuts, a gas seal in the sleeve-cap joint made in the form of a combined gasket made of plastic materials - copper, aluminum or copper-plated steel, or a soft brushed steel gasket, or in the form of a bezkladnochny joint with ground contact the surfaces of the cylinder head and sleeve, a tool that simulates cyclic loads from gas pressure forces on the components of the combustion chamber is made in the form of a hydraulic system consisting of a high pressure fuel pump with a drive motor, a fuel tank, pipelines for supplying fuel from the pump to the combustion chamber and fuel removal from the chamber to the fuel tank, non-return valve, pressure gauge, fuel supply and drain valves.
