Abstract

1. Контейнер (1), содержащий корпус (30) с открытым торцом, вкладыш (40), предназначенный для установки внутри корпуса (30) и сконструированный с возможностью размещения в нем продукта, и крышку (20) для закрывания открытого торца корпуса (30),отличающийся тем, чтокрышка (20) находится в пределах периметра открытого торца корпуса (30), а контейнер (1) выполнен способным открываться пользователем посредством надавливания на участок крышки (20) до тех пор, пока она не придет в контакт с вкладышем (40), приподняв при этом свою противоположную сторону с обеспечением, тем самым, пользователю возможности легко удалить крышку с контейнера.2. Контейнер (1) по п. 1, в котором один или более выступов (25), имеющихся на крышке (20) или корпусе (30), выполнены с возможностью сопрягаться с открытым торцом корпуса (30) контейнера или с крышкой (20) соответственно.3. Контейнер (1) по п. 1 или 2, в котором вкладыш (40) выполнен с вырезом (45), с которым при открывании контейнера приводится в контакт крышка (20).4. Контейнер (1) по п. 3, в котором форма выреза (45) выбирается из условия обеспечения требуемого перемещения крышки во время открывания.5. Контейнер по п. 1, в котором крышка (20) содержит заглубленную панель (22).6. Контейнер по п. 5, в котором заглубленная панель (22) выполнена тисненой или текстурированной.7. Контейнер по п. 5 или 6, в котором крышка (20) снабжена физической или визуальной индикацией места, на которое нужно надавить, чтобы инициировать открывание.

Claims (7)

1. Контейнер (1), содержащий корпус (30) с открытым торцом, вкладыш (40), предназначенный для установки внутри корпуса (30) и сконструированный с возможностью размещения в нем продукта, и крышку (20) для закрывания открытого торца корпуса (30),
отличающийся тем, что
крышка (20) находится в пределах периметра открытого торца корпуса (30), а контейнер (1) выполнен способным открываться пользователем посредством надавливания на участок крышки (20) до тех пор, пока она не придет в контакт с вкладышем (40), приподняв при этом свою противоположную сторону с обеспечением, тем самым, пользователю возможности легко удалить крышку с контейнера.
2. Контейнер (1) по п. 1, в котором один или более выступов (25), имеющихся на крышке (20) или корпусе (30), выполнены с возможностью сопрягаться с открытым торцом корпуса (30) контейнера или с крышкой (20) соответственно.
3. Контейнер (1) по п. 1 или 2, в котором вкладыш (40) выполнен с вырезом (45), с которым при открывании контейнера приводится в контакт крышка (20).
4. Контейнер (1) по п. 3, в котором форма выреза (45) выбирается из условия обеспечения требуемого перемещения крышки во время открывания.
5. Контейнер по п. 1, в котором крышка (20) содержит заглубленную панель (22).
6. Контейнер по п. 5, в котором заглубленная панель (22) выполнена тисненой или текстурированной.
7. Контейнер по п. 5 или 6, в котором крышка (20) снабжена физической или визуальной индикацией места, на которое нужно надавить, чтобы инициировать открывание.
