Abstract
1. Способ диагностики хронического простатита, заключающийся в том, что у пациента определяют количество энтерохромаффинных клеток и тучных клеток в 1 ммслизистой оболочки толстой кишки пациента и, при поверхностной плотности энтерохромаффинных клеток в пределах от 10,11 до 7,8 мм, а тучных клеток в пределах от 8,0 до 4,2 мм, диагностируют хронический простатит.2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно определяют поверхностную плотность серотонинпродуцирующих, меланинпродуцирующих клеток и, при значениях поверхностной плотности серотонинпродуцирующих клеток, изменяющейся от 6,14 до 4,86 мм, мелатонинпродуцирующих клеток - от 3,3 до 3,1 мм, тучных клеток - от 8,0 до 7,0 ммдиагностируют абактериальную форму хронического простатита; при значениях поверхностной плотности серотонинпродуцирующих клеток, изменяющейся от 9,3 до 8,1 мм, мелатонинпродуцирующих клеток - от 11,8 до 9,8 мм, тучных клеток - от 4,8 до 4,2 мм, диагностируют бактериальную форму хронического простатита.1.
