Abstract
1. Способ цементирования в подземной формации, включающийприготовление медленно застывающей цементной композиции, содержащей воду, пемзу, гашеную известь и замедлитель схватывания;активацию медленно застывающей цементной композиции;введение медленно застывающей цементной композиции в подземную формацию ипредоставление возможности медленно застывающей цементной композиции схватиться в подземной формации.2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что пемза имеет средний размер частиц в диапазоне от приблизительно 1 до приблизительно 200 мкм.3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что пемза и гашеная известь присутствуют в массовом соотношении пемзы к гашеной извести от приблизительно 10:1 до приблизительно 1:1.4. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что замедлитель схватывания содержит, по меньшей мере, один замедлитель схватывания из группы, состоящей из фосфоновой кислоты, производных фосфоновой кислоты, лигносульфонатов, соли, органической кислоты, карбоксиметилированной гидроксиэтилированой целлюлозы, синтетических сополимеров или терполимеров, содержащих сульфонатную и карбоксильную группы, соединений борной кислоты и любой смеси перечисленных веществ.5. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что медленно застывающая цементная композиция дополнительно содержит диспергирующий агент.6. Способ по п. 5, отличающийся тем, что диспергирующий агент содержит, по меньшей мере, один диспергирующий агент из группы, состоящей из диспергаторов на основе сульфонированного формальдегида, диспергаторов на основе поликарбоксилированного эфира и любой комбинации перечисленных веществ.7. Claims (22)
1. Способ цементирования в подземной формации, включающий
приготовление медленно застывающей цементной композиции, содержащей воду, пемзу, гашеную известь и замедлитель схватывания;
активацию медленно застывающей цементной композиции;
введение медленно застывающей цементной композиции в подземную формацию и
предоставление возможности медленно застывающей цементной композиции схватиться в подземной формации.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что пемза имеет средний размер частиц в диапазоне от приблизительно 1 до приблизительно 200 мкм.
3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что пемза и гашеная известь присутствуют в массовом соотношении пемзы к гашеной извести от приблизительно 10:1 до приблизительно 1:1.
4. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что замедлитель схватывания содержит, по меньшей мере, один замедлитель схватывания из группы, состоящей из фосфоновой кислоты, производных фосфоновой кислоты, лигносульфонатов, соли, органической кислоты, карбоксиметилированной гидроксиэтилированой целлюлозы, синтетических сополимеров или терполимеров, содержащих сульфонатную и карбоксильную группы, соединений борной кислоты и любой смеси перечисленных веществ.
5. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что медленно застывающая цементная композиция дополнительно содержит диспергирующий агент.
6. Способ по п. 5, отличающийся тем, что диспергирующий агент содержит, по меньшей мере, один диспергирующий агент из группы, состоящей из диспергаторов на основе сульфонированного формальдегида, диспергаторов на основе поликарбоксилированного эфира и любой комбинации перечисленных веществ.
7. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что замедлитель схватывания представлен производными фосфоновой кислоты, и тем, что медленно застывающая цементная композиция дополнительно содержит диспергирующий агент на основе поликарбоксилированного эфира.
8. Способ по п. 7, отличающийся тем, что медленно застывающая цементная композиция имеет массовое соотношение пемзы к гашеной извести от приблизительно 3:1 до приблизительно 5:1, и тем, что замедлитель схватывания присутствует в количестве от приблизительно 0,01 до приблизительно 2 мас.% относительно массы пемзы, и тем, что диспергирующий агент на основе поликарбоксилированного эфира присутствует в количестве от приблизительно 0,01 до приблизительно 2 мас. % относительно массы пемзы.
9. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что медленно застывающая цементная композиция дополнительно содержит, по меньшей мере, одну присадку, выбранную из группы, состоящей из добавок-утяжелителей; облегчающих добавок; газогенерирующих добавок; присадок, увеличивающих прочностные свойства; наполнителей для борьбы с поглощением; присадок, регулирующих фильтрацию; добавок для борьбы с водопоглощением; пеногасителей; пенообразователей; тиксотропных добавок и любых комбинаций перечисленных веществ.
10. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что медленно застывающая цементная композиция сохраняет прокачиваемое текучее состояние в течение периода времени, по меньшей мере, приблизительно 7 дней до активации.
11. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что медленно застывающая цементная композиция сохраняет прокачиваемое текучее состояние в течение периода времени, по меньшей мере, приблизительно 30 дней до активации.
12. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что активация включает добавление ускорителя схватывания цемента к медленно застывающей цементной композиции.
13. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что медленно застывающая цементная композиция развивает 24-часовую прочность на сжатие, по меньшей мере, приблизительно 50 psi (344,74 кПа) согласно измерениям с использованием УАЦ (ультразвукового анализатора цемента) при 140°F (60°С) и установленном давлении 3000 psi (20,68 МПа).
14. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что медленно застывающую цементную композицию вводят в ствол скважины, проникающей в подземную формацию, при этом ствол скважины имеет статическую температуру забоя меньше чем приблизительно 200°F (93,33°С).
15. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что медленно застывающую цементную композицию вводят в межтрубное пространство между стенками ствола скважины и обсадными трубами, установленными в стволе скважины.
16. Способ цементирования в подземной формации, включающий
приготовление медленно застывающей цементной композиции, содержащей воду, пемзу, гашеную известь и замедлитель схватывания;
хранение медленно застывающей цементной композиции в течение, по меньшей мере, приблизительно 1 дня;
добавление ускорителя схватывания цемента к медленно застывающей цементной композиции;
введение медленно застывающей цементной композиции в подземную формацию и
предоставление возможности медленно застывающей цементной композиции схватиться в подземной формации.
17. Способ по п. 16, отличающийся тем, что пемза и гашеная известь присутствуют в массовом соотношении пемзы к гашеной извести от приблизительно 10:1 до приблизительно 1:1.
18. Способ по п. 16, отличающийся тем, что замедлитель схватывания содержит производное фосфоновой кислоты, и тем, что медленно застывающая цементная композиция дополнительно содержит диспергирующий агент на основе поликарбоксилированного эфира.
19. Способ по п. 16, отличающийся тем, что медленно застывающая цементная композиция дополнительно содержит диспергирующий агент.
20. Способ по п. 16, отличающийся тем, что медленно застывающую цементную композицию хранят в течение периода времени, который составляет, по меньшей мере, приблизительно 30 дней.
21. Медленно застывающая цементная композиция, содержащая
воду;
пемзу;
гашеную известь и
замедлитель схватывания,
где медленно застывающая цементная композиция будет сохранять прокачиваемое текучее состояние в течение периода времени, который составляет, по меньшей мере, приблизительно 1 день.
22. Композиция по п. 21, отличающийся тем, что медленно застывающая цементная композиция дополнительно содержит диспрегирующий агент.
