Abstract
Способ получения износостойкого покрытия для режущего инструмента, включающий вакуумно-плазменное нанесение покрытия, отличающийся тем, что наносят износостойкое покрытие из нитрида или карбонитрида титана, циркония, алюминия, кремния, и молибдена при их соотношении, мас. %: титан - 43,0, цирконий - 20,1, алюминий - 12,1, кремний - 1,6, молибден - 23,2, а нанесение покрытия осуществляют расположенными горизонтально в одной плоскости тремя катодами, первый из которых выполняют составным из циркония и сплава алюминия и кремния, второй - из молибдена и располагают противоположно первому, а третий изготавливают из титана и располагают между ними.A method of obtaining a wear-resistant coating for a cutting tool, including vacuum-plasma coating, characterized in that a wear-resistant coating of titanium nitride or carbonitride, zirconium, aluminum, silicon, and molybdenum is applied at their ratio, wt. %: titanium - 43.0, zirconium - 20.1, aluminum - 12.1, silicon - 1.6, molybdenum - 23.2, and the coating is carried out horizontally in the same plane by three cathodes, the first of which is made of composite zirconium and an alloy of aluminum and silicon, the second is made of molybdenum and is opposite to the first, and the third is made of titanium and placed between them.
