Abstract
1. Инструмент с приводом, который осуществляет заданную работу над изделием с помощью рабочего органа инструмента, приводящегося в движение посредством двигателя, в котором:двигатель содержит внутренний ротор, внешний ротор и статор, имеющий механизм обмотки возбуждения, и выполнен в виде двигателя с двумя роторами, в котором внутренний ротор и внешний ротор расположены соосно.2. Инструмент с приводом по п.2, в котором механизм обмотки возбуждения включает в себя обмотку возбуждения внутреннего ротора для приведения в движение внутреннего ротора и обмотку возбуждения внешнего ротора для приведения в движение внешнего ротора.4. Инструмент с приводом по п.2, в котором механизм обмотки возбуждения содержит одну обмотку возбуждения для приведения в движение как внутреннего ротора, так и внешнего ротора.5. Инструмент с приводом по п.1, в котором статор включает в себя первый статор, имеющий обмотку возбуждения внутреннего ротора для приведения в движение внутреннего ротора, и второй статор, имеющий обмотку возбуждения внешнего ротора для приведения в движение внешнего ротора.6. Инструмент с приводом по п.5, содержащий корпус для размещения двигателя с двумя роторами, в котором внутренний двигатель включает в себя внутренний ротор и первый статор, а внешний двигатель включает в себя внешний ротор и второй статор, и в котором внутренний двигатель и внешний двигатель располагаются в корпусе в местах, смещенных друг от друга в продольном направлении, и пространство образуется между внешней окружной областью внутреннего двигателя и корпусом.7. Claims (29)
1. Инструмент с приводом, который осуществляет заданную работу над изделием с помощью рабочего органа инструмента, приводящегося в движение посредством двигателя, в котором:
двигатель содержит внутренний ротор, внешний ротор и статор, имеющий механизм обмотки возбуждения, и выполнен в виде двигателя с двумя роторами, в котором внутренний ротор и внешний ротор расположены соосно.
2. Инструмент с приводом по п.1, в котором статор содержит один элемент.
3. Инструмент с приводом по п.2, в котором механизм обмотки возбуждения включает в себя обмотку возбуждения внутреннего ротора для приведения в движение внутреннего ротора и обмотку возбуждения внешнего ротора для приведения в движение внешнего ротора.
4. Инструмент с приводом по п.2, в котором механизм обмотки возбуждения содержит одну обмотку возбуждения для приведения в движение как внутреннего ротора, так и внешнего ротора.
5. Инструмент с приводом по п.1, в котором статор включает в себя первый статор, имеющий обмотку возбуждения внутреннего ротора для приведения в движение внутреннего ротора, и второй статор, имеющий обмотку возбуждения внешнего ротора для приведения в движение внешнего ротора.
6. Инструмент с приводом по п.5, содержащий корпус для размещения двигателя с двумя роторами, в котором внутренний двигатель включает в себя внутренний ротор и первый статор, а внешний двигатель включает в себя внешний ротор и второй статор, и в котором внутренний двигатель и внешний двигатель располагаются в корпусе в местах, смещенных друг от друга в продольном направлении, и пространство образуется между внешней окружной областью внутреннего двигателя и корпусом.
7. Инструмент с приводом по п.6, в котором внешняя окружная область первого статора внутреннего двигателя неподвижно поддерживается относительно корпуса непосредственно или посредством поддерживающего элемента в пространстве.
8. Инструмент с приводом по п.6, в котором первый и второй статоры частично выровнены в контакте друг с другом в радиальном направлении, поперечном относительно продольного направления, и соединены друг с другом в выровненной области.
9. Инструмент с приводом по п.8, в котором первый и второй статоры соединены друг с другом посредством штифта в выровненной области.
10. Инструмент с приводом по п.8, в котором первый и второй статоры соединены друг с другом посредством полимерного слоя в выровненной области.
11. Инструмент с приводом по п.6, в котором внешний двигатель выполнен в виде двигателя с осевым зазором, в котором внешний ротор и второй статор являются противоположными относительно друг друга в продольном направлении.
12. Инструмент с приводом по п.11, в котором первый и второй статоры частично выровнены в продольном направлении и соединены друг с другом в выровненной области.
13. Инструмент с приводом по п.12, в котором внешняя окружная область второго статора внешнего двигателя неподвижно поддерживается посредством корпуса.
14. Инструмент с приводом по п.1, в котором рабочий орган инструмента приводится в движение посредством использования как внутреннего ротора, так и внешнего ротора.
15. Инструмент с приводом по п.1, в котором рабочий орган инструмента приводится в движение посредством использования одного из внутреннего ротора и внешнего ротора, и исполнительный элемент, отличный от рабочего органа инструмента, приводится в движение посредством использования другого ротора.
16. Инструмент с приводом по п.14, содержащий механизм понижения частоты вращения, в котором двигатель с двумя роторами приводит в движение рабочий орган инструмента через посредство механизма понижения частоты вращения, и механизм понижения частоты вращения имеет, по меньшей мере, первый и второй коэффициенты понижения частоты вращения, и переключает, по меньшей мере, один из внутреннего и внешнего роторов между приведенным в движение состоянием и остановленным состоянием, чтобы тем самым переключиться между первым и вторым коэффициентами понижения частоты вращения.
17. Инструмент с приводом по п.16, в котором переключение между коэффициентами понижения частоты вращения выполняется в соответствии с любым одним из значения электрического тока, крутящего момента, частоты вращения и температуры двигателя с двумя роторами.
18. Инструмент с приводом по п.16, в котором выходной крутящий момент, подлежащий выдаче на рабочий орган инструмента, изменяется посредством переключения между первым и вторым коэффициентами понижения частоты вращения.
19. Инструмент с приводом по п.16, в котором частота вращения рабочего органа инструмента изменяется посредством переключения между первым и вторым коэффициентами понижения частоты вращения.
20. Инструмент с приводом по п.18, в котором выходной крутящий момент рабочего органа инструмента периодически изменяется посредством непрерывного приведения в движение одного из внутреннего ротора и внешнего ротора и периодического приведения в движение другого ротора.
21. Инструмент с приводом по п.16, в котором:
механизм понижения частоты вращения содержит планетарный зубчатый механизм,
планетарный зубчатый механизм включает в себя солнечное зубчатое колесо и зубчатое колесо внутреннего зацепления, которые располагаются соосно, и планетарное зубчатое колесо, которое зацепляется как с солнечным зубчатым колесом, так и зубчатым колесом внутреннего зацепления, и вращается вокруг солнечного зубчатого колеса,
зубчатое колесо внутреннего зацепления соединено с внешним ротором, и солнечное зубчатое колесо соединено с внутренним ротором,
разница относительного вращения между солнечным зубчатым колесом и зубчатым колесом внутреннего зацепления управляется посредством управления приведением в движение внешнего ротора или внутреннего ротора, посредством чего частота обращения планетарного зубчатого колеса изменяется для переключения коэффициента понижения частоты вращения.
22. Инструмент с приводом по п.21, в котором внутренний ротор постоянно приводится в движение.
23. Инструмент с приводом по п.21, в котором внешний ротор постоянно приводится в движение.
24. Инструмент с приводом по п.21, содержащий муфту, которая расположена между внешним ротором и зубчатым колесом внутреннего зацепления или между внутренним ротором и солнечным зубчатым колесом и передает крутящий момент от внешнего ротора и стороны зубчатого колеса внутреннего зацепления на сторону рабочего органа инструмента, но не в обратном направлении, в котором муфта блокирует зубчатое колесо внутреннего зацепления или солнечное зубчатое колесо от вращения в соответствии с крутящим моментом на рабочем органе инструмента и независимо от вращения внешнего ротора или внутреннего ротора.
25. Инструмент с приводом по п.15, в котором исполнительный элемент, отличный от рабочего органа инструмента, содержит вращаемый вентилятор, и в котором один из внутреннего ротора и внешнего ротора приводит в движение рабочий орган инструмента, а другой ротор приводит в движение вентилятор.
26. Инструмент с приводом по п.25, в котором внешний ротор имеет удлиняющуюся область, образованную на одном конце внешнего ротора в продольном направлении и проходящую вперед от передних концов статора и внутреннего ротора в продольном направлении, и в котором вентилятор расположен внутри удлиняющейся области внешнего ротора.
27. Инструмент с приводом по п.25, в котором вентилятор представляет собой охлаждающий вентилятор для охлаждения двигателя с двумя роторами и постоянно приводится в движение.
28. Инструмент с приводом по п.25, в котором вентилятор представляет собой охлаждающий вентилятор для охлаждения двигателя с двумя роторами и периодически приводится в движение в соответствии с, по меньшей мере, одним из температуры, частоты вращения и крутящего момента двигателя с двумя роторами.
29. Инструмент с приводом по п.25, в котором вентилятор представляет собой пылеудаляющий вентилятор для удаления пыли, создаваемой во время работы, и приводится в движение по требованию в удалении пыли.
