Abstract

1. Валовая проба масла подсолнечника, экстрагированного из семян подсолнечника элитного сорта, причем указанное масло подсолнечника имеет профиль жирных кислот, включающий приблизительно 12% или менее общего содержания взятых вместе пальмитиновой кислоты (16:0) и стеариновой кислоты (18:0) и приблизительно 15% или более содержания линолевой кислоты (18:2), причем указанный профиль жирных кислот стабилизирован в масле семян указанного элитного сорта подсолнечника.2. Валовая проба масла подсолнечника, экстрагированного из семян подсолнечника элитного культивируемого сорта подсолнечника, по п. 1, в котором профиль жирных кислот масла подсолнечника включает общее содержание взятых вместе пальмитиновой кислоты (16:0) и стеариновой кислоты (18:0) приблизительно 11% или менее и общее содержание линолевой кислоты (18:2) приблизительно 20% или более.3. Валовая проба масла подсолнечника, экстрагированного из семян подсолнечника элитного культивируемого сорта подсолнечника, по п. 1, в котором профиль жирных кислот масла подсолнечника включает приблизительно 3,2% или менее общего содержания взятых вместе пальмитиновой кислоты (16:0) и стеариновой кислоты (18:0).4. A gross sample of sunflower oil extracted from sunflower seeds of an elite cultivated variety of sunflower according to claim 1, wherein the fatty acid profile of sunflower oil comprises approximately 3.2% or less of the total content of palmitic acid (16: 0) and stearic acid (18) taken together : 0) .4. Sunflower oil according to claim 1 or 2 for food use. 5. A food product or herbal composition containing oil (s) according to one of paragraphs. 1-3.
