Способ выполнения капсулорексиса при ригидном зрачке при проведении факоэмульсификации у пациентов с глаукомой, заключающийся в механическом воздействии на радужку, отличающийся тем, что последовательно, в четырех квадрантах, с помощью вилкообразного толкателя для имплантации ИОЛ производят щадящее механическое отодвигание радужной оболочки от зрачка к периферии на 2-3 мм и в освобожденных зонах пинцетом выполняют капсулорексис.
