Abstract
1. Многослойное защитное покрытие для конструкционных материалов, содержащее адгезионный слой и защитный слой, отличающееся тем, что конструкционный материал представляет собой сплав V-4Cr-4Ti, адгезионный слой состоит из активированного подслоя конструкционного материала, выполненного путем активации его поверхности высокоэнергетическим пучком ионов элементов, выбранных из ряда хром, или титан или алюминий, и соответствующего слоя металла, выбранного из ряда хром, титан или алюминий, а защитный слой состоит из одного слоя нитрида алюминия или нескольких слоев нитрида алюминия, разделенных слоями алюминия.2. Покрытие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что подслои нитрида металла и металла, составляющие защитный слой, наноструктурированы, причем толщина слоя алюминия защитного слоя меньше толщины слоя нитрида алюминия в 3-10 раз, а толщина слоя нитрида алюминия не превышает толщину, при которой происходит образование столбчатых структур и составляет не более 100 нм.1.
