Abstract
1. Непрерывное волокно на основе базальта, содержащее оксид кремния, оксид алюминия, смесь оксидов железа, оксид титана, оксид кальция, оксид магния, оксид калия, оксид натрия и оксид циркония, отличающееся тем, что оно дополнительно содержит оксид лантана при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:2. Способ изготовления непрерывного базальтового волокна с составом в соответствии с п.1, отличающийся тем, что он включает подготовку шихты путем смешивания измельченной базальтовой породы, одного компонента, выбранного из группы, включающей оксид или силикат циркония, одного компонента, выбранного из группы, включающей оксид или нитрат лантана в заданном весовом соотношении, нагрев упомянутой шихты до температуры 1450-1600°C, с получением расплава шихты, выдержку расплава при этой температуре для его гомогенизации и последующее формование непрерывного волокна при температуре 1330-1470°C.3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что в качестве базальтовой породы используют породу, в которой модуль кислотности (SiO+AlO):(CaO+MgO) составляет от 3 до 7. 1.
