Abstract
Микрополосковая линия, содержащая сигнальный и опорный проводники и диэлектрическую подложку, отличающаяся наличием сплошных проводящих областей, находящихся на одном уровне с сигнальным проводником и на уровне ниже его, с зазорами, значения которых выбраны так, что при неизменных значениях ширины и толщины сигнального проводника, толщины и диэлектрической проницаемости подложки обеспечивается требуемое уменьшение значения волнового сопротивления при неизменной погонной задержке по отношению к микрополосковой линии без сплошных проводящих областей.A microstrip line containing a signal and reference conductors and a dielectric substrate, characterized by the presence of solid conductive areas that are at the same level with the signal conductor and at a level below it, with gaps whose values are chosen so that at constant values of the width and thickness of the signal conductor, the thickness and the dielectric constant of the substrate provides the required decrease in the value of wave impedance at a constant linear delay with respect to the microstrip line without solid ovodyaschih areas.
