Abstract
1. Способ получения бумаги и картона, причем способ включает:(a) введение одного или более наполнителей, одного или более анионных полисахаридов и одного или более катионных агентов в зону смешения с образованием композиции наполнителя, где(i) один или более наполнителей и один или более анионных полисахаридов смешиваются в зоне смешения с образованием предварительной смеси наполнителя и затем один или более катионных агентов вводятся в зону смешения с образованием композиции наполнителя, и/или(ii) один или более наполнителей и один или более анионных полисахаридов смешиваются в зоне предварительного смешения с образованием предварительной смеси наполнителя, и затем предварительная смесь наполнителя вводится в зону смешения,(b) введение с помощью насоса композиции наполнителя в водную суспензию, содержащую целлюлозные волокна; и(c) обезвоживание полученной суспензии.2. Способ по п. 1, который дополнительно содержит:(i) обеспечение толщины согласно техническим требованиям для получаемых бумаги или картона;(ii) измерение толщины получаемых бумаги или картона;(iii) сравнение измеренной толщины с толщиной согласно техническим требованиям с идентификацией любой разницы по толщине; и(iv) необязательное снижение разницы по толщине с обеспечением бумаги или картона, отвечающим техническим требованиям по толщине, регулированием дозы композиции наполнителя и поэтому регулированием содержания наполнителя в бумаге или картоне.3. Claims (25)
1. Способ получения бумаги и картона, причем способ включает:
(a) введение одного или более наполнителей, одного или более анионных полисахаридов и одного или более катионных агентов в зону смешения с образованием композиции наполнителя, где
(i) один или более наполнителей и один или более анионных полисахаридов смешиваются в зоне смешения с образованием предварительной смеси наполнителя и затем один или более катионных агентов вводятся в зону смешения с образованием композиции наполнителя, и/или
(ii) один или более наполнителей и один или более анионных полисахаридов смешиваются в зоне предварительного смешения с образованием предварительной смеси наполнителя, и затем предварительная смесь наполнителя вводится в зону смешения,
(b) введение с помощью насоса композиции наполнителя в водную суспензию, содержащую целлюлозные волокна; и
(c) обезвоживание полученной суспензии.
2. Способ по п. 1, который дополнительно содержит:
(i) обеспечение толщины согласно техническим требованиям для получаемых бумаги или картона;
(ii) измерение толщины получаемых бумаги или картона;
(iii) сравнение измеренной толщины с толщиной согласно техническим требованиям с идентификацией любой разницы по толщине; и
(iv) необязательное снижение разницы по толщине с обеспечением бумаги или картона, отвечающим техническим требованиям по толщине, регулированием дозы композиции наполнителя и поэтому регулированием содержания наполнителя в бумаге или картоне.
3. Способ по п. 1, который содержит смешение одного или более наполнителей и одного или более анионных полисахаридов в зоне смешения с образованием предварительной смеси наполнителя и затем введение одного или более катионных агентов в зону смешения с образованием композиции наполнителя.
4. Способ по п. 1, который содержит смешение одного или более наполнителей и одного или более анионных полисахаридов в зоне предварительного смешения наполнителей с образованием предварительной смеси наполнителя и затем введение предварительной смеси наполнителя в зону смешения.
5. Способ по п. 1, в котором зоной смешения является насос, статический смеситель или смесительная емкость.
6. Способ по п. 4, в котором зоной предварительного смешения наполнителей является насос, статический смеситель или смесительная емкость.
7. Способ по п. 5, в котором насос имеет способность регулирования насоса.
8. Способ по п. 6, в котором насос имеет способность регулирования насоса.
9. Способ по п. 1, в котором один или более наполнителей содержат минеральный наполнитель.
10. Способ по п. 1, в котором один или более наполнителей выбраны из карбоната кальция, предпочтительно, осажденного карбоната кальция и молотого карбоната кальция и их смесей.
11. Способ по п. 1, в котором один или более анионных полисахаридов выбраны из анионных крахмалов, анионных производных целлюлозы и их смесей, предпочтительно, производных целлюлозы.
12. Способ по п. 1, в котором один или более анионных полисахаридов содержат карбоксиметилцеллюлозу.
13. Способ по п. 1, в котором один или более анионных полисахаридов имеют степень замещения анионных групп до 0,65.
14. Способ по п. 1, в котором один или более катионных агентов содержат два или более катионных агентов.
15. Способ по п. 1, в котором один или более катионных агентов содержат катионный органический полимер.
16. Способ по п. 1, в котором один или более катионных агентов содержат катионное неорганическое соединение, предпочтительно, полиалюминиевое соединение.
17. Способ по п. 1, который содержит смешение первого катионного агента и второго катионного агента в зоне предварительного смешения катионных агентов с образованием предварительной смеси катионных агентов и введение предварительной смеси катионных агентов в зону смешения.
18. Способ по п. 1, в котором один или более катионных агентов выбраны из катионных полиаминов, катионных полиамидаминов, катионных полиэтилениминов, катионных дициандиамидных полимеров, катионных акриламидсодержащих полимеров, катионных акрилатсодержащих полимеров, катионных виниламин/винилформамидсодержащих полимеров, полимеров на основе диаллилдиметиламмонийхлорида, сульфата алюминия, алюмината натрия, алюмината калия, полиалюминийхлоридов, полиалюминийсульфатов, полиалюминийсиликатсульфатов и их смесей.
19. Способ по п. 1, который дополнительно содержит введение одной или более дренажных и удерживающих добавок в водную суспензию, содержащую целлюлозные волокна, перед обезвоживанием.
20. Способ по п. 1, который содержит введение композиции наполнителей в целлюлозную суспензию и затем введение одной или более дренажных и удерживающих добавок в целлюлозную суспензию перед обезвоживанием.
21. Способ по 19, в котором одна или более дренажных и удерживающих добавок содержит кремнистый материал, предпочтительно, частицы, содержащие диоксид кремния.
22. Способ по п. 19, в котором одна или более дренажных и удерживающих добавок содержит катионный полимер, предпочтительно, катионный акриламидсодержащий полимер.
23. Способ по п. 21, в котором одна или более дренажных и удерживающих добавок содержит анионный полимер, предпочтительно, анионный акриламидсодержащий полимер.
24. Способ по п. 19, в котором одна или более дренажных и удерживающих добавок содержит анионный полимер, предпочтительно, анионный акриламидсодержащий полимер.
25. Способ по п. 21, в котором одна или более дренажных и удерживающих добавок содержит анионный полимер, предпочтительно, анионный акриламидсодержащий полимер.
