Abstract
1. Коммутатор напряжения с защитой от перегрузки по току, содержащий последовательно соединенные датчик тока, электронный ключ, блок нагрузки, а также управляющий транзистор, цепь отрицательной обратной связи по току ключа и цепь положительной обратной связи по падению напряжения на ключе, отличающийся тем, что в цепь положительной обратной связи по падению напряжения на ключе дополнительно введен элемент задержки, предотвращающий ее срабатывание в течение заданного интервала времени.2. Коммутатор напряжения по п.1, отличающийся тем, что электронный ключ реализован на биполярном транзисторе.3. Коммутатор напряжения по п.1, отличающийся тем, что электронный ключ реализован на полевом транзисторе с p-n переходом.4. Коммутатор напряжения по п.1, отличающийся тем, что электронный ключ реализован на полевом транзисторе с изолированным затвором.5. Коммутатор напряжения по п.1, отличающийся тем, что электронный ключ реализован на биполярном транзисторе с изолированным затвором.6. Коммутатор напряжения по п.1, отличающийся тем, что элемент задержки реализован в виде интегрирующего RC звена.7.
