Фармацевтическая композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что указанное терапевтически эффективное лекарственное средство выбрано из группы, состоящей из противогрибковых средств, антибактериальных средств, противомикробных средств, противовирусных средств, противоинфекционных средств, спермицидов, стероидов, гормонов, аналгетиков, включая нестероидные противовоспалительные лекарственные средства, сердечно-сосудистых средств, блокаторов кальциевых каналов, бета-блокаторов, антиаритмических средств, гипотензивных средств, диуретиков, неспецифических, коронарных, периферических и церебральных вазодилататоров, противомигренозных средств, средств против эректильной дисфункции, стимуляторов центральной нервной системы, седативных средств, снотворных средств, иммунодепрессантов, миорелаксантов, лекарственных средств, активных при пероральном введении, проявляющих значительные эффекты первого прохождения, агонистов β-адренор�1.
