Кристаллизатор для получения непрерывнолитых цилиндрических заготовок, содержащий корпус с установленным в нем охлаждаемой цилиндрической гильзой, отличающийся тем, что в корпусе кристаллизатора коаксиально установлены одна в другой замкнутые трубы большего «Д» и меньшего диаметра «Д», связанные паропроводами и конденсатопроводами с конденсатором с образованием замкнутого испарительно-конденсационного контура тепловой трубы, кожух с двумя люками, электрические нагревательные элементы в нижней части пространства коаксиально установленных замкнутых труб, термопары, подключенные в систему автоматического управления работой кристаллизатора.A mold for producing continuously cast cylindrical billets, comprising a housing with a cooled cylindrical sleeve installed in it, characterized in that closed pipes of a larger “D” and a smaller diameter “D” are connected coaxially to one another in the mold body, connected by steam and condensate lines to a condenser to form closed evaporation and condensation circuit of the heat pipe, a casing with two hatches, electric heating elements in the lower part of the space, coaxially installed new closed pipes, thermocouples connected to the crystallizer automatic control system.
