Шпала из бетона для железных дорог, включающая брус из бетона специального профиля с размещенной внутри него арматурой, отличающаяся тем, что рабочая арматура выполнена из четырех стеклопластиковых стержней диаметром 5÷10 мм с периодическим профилем, расположенных в объеме шпалы по всей ее длине, при этом расстояние от верхней поверхности бетона до крайнего верхнего ряда рабочей арматуры составляет не менее 25 мм, а от нижней поверхности бетона до крайнего нижнего ряда рабочей арматуры - не менее 30 мм, а в объеме бетон армирован кусками полимерной фибры с рельефной поверхностью размером до 100 мм, которые добавлены в состав сухой шихты бетона.Concrete sleepers for railways, including a special profile concrete beam with reinforcement placed inside it, characterized in that the working reinforcement is made of four fiberglass rods with a diameter of 5 ÷ 10 mm with a periodic profile located in the volume of the sleepers along its entire length, while the distance from the upper surface of concrete to the extreme upper row of working reinforcement is at least 25 mm, and from the lower surface of concrete to the extreme lower row of working reinforcement is not less than 30 mm, and in the concrete volume is reinforced with pieces of poly dimensional fibers with a relief surface up to 100 mm in size, which are added to the composition of the dry concrete mix.
