Abstract
1. Нетканое абразивное изделие по п.1 или 2, где модуль упругости первого гибкого связующего материала составляет менее 28000 фунтов на квадратный дюйм.6. Нетканое абразивное изделие по п.1 или 2, где модуль упругости первого гибкого связующего материала составляет менее 23,000 фунтов на квадратный дюйм.7. Нетканое абразивное изделие по п.1 или 2, где в составе агломератов содержатся частицы наполнителя со средним размером частиц меньше формованных керамических абразивных частиц и частицы наполнителя содержат от 5% до 40% по массе всех частиц в агломератах.8. Claims (11)
1. Нетканое абразивное изделие, содержащее:
волокнистый холст;
агломераты с содержанием формованных керамических абразивных частиц, связанных друг с другом посредством первого гибкого связующего материала; и
второго связующего материала, который служит соединением агломератов в нетканый волокнистый холст.
2. Нетканое абразивное изделие по п.1, где формованные керамические частицы включают формованные керамические абразивные частицы, включающие треугольные пластины.
3. Нетканое абразивное изделие по п.1 или 2, где первый гибкий связующий материал содержит полиуретан и второй связующий материал содержит полиуретан.
4. Нетканое абразивное изделие по п.1 или 2, где первый гибкий связующий материал содержит полиуретан и второй связующий материал содержит фенольную смолу.
5. Нетканое абразивное изделие по п.1 или 2, где модуль упругости первого гибкого связующего материала составляет менее 28000 фунтов на квадратный дюйм.
6. Нетканое абразивное изделие по п.1 или 2, где модуль упругости первого гибкого связующего материала составляет менее 23,000 фунтов на квадратный дюйм.
7. Нетканое абразивное изделие по п.1 или 2, где в составе агломератов содержатся частицы наполнителя со средним размером частиц меньше формованных керамических абразивных частиц и частицы наполнителя содержат от 5% до 40% по массе всех частиц в агломератах.
8. Нетканое абразивное изделие по п.1 или 2, где размер агломератов имеет максимальный диаметр, при сферической форме, или максимальную длину боковой кромки, при форме, отличной от сферической, от 1,8 до 3 мм.
9. Нетканое абразивное изделие по п.1 или 2, где отношение размера формованных керамических абразивных частиц к размеру агломератов составляет от 0,0033 до 0,5.
10. Нетканое абразивное изделие по п.1 или 2, где агломераты включают частицы наполнителя, и где доля формованных керамических абразивных частиц составляет от 75 мас.% до 96 мас.%, первого гибкого связующего - от 4 мас.% до 10 мас.%, а содержание частиц наполнителя составляет от 10 мас.% до 35 мас.%.
11. Нетканое абразивное изделие по п.1 или 2, в состав которого входит либо витой абразивный круг, либо сборный абразивный круг.
