Abstract
1. Устройство (1) подачи для подачи восстановителя из бака (2) в устройство (3) очистки отработавших газов для нейтрализации отработавших газов от двигателя внутреннего сгорания (4), причем устройство (1) подачи содержит фланец (8), ограниченный, по меньшей мере, первой стороной (10) и второй стороной (11), причем первая сторона (10) и вторая сторона (11) расположены так, чтобы быть, по меньшей мере частично, взаимно противоположными, причем по меньшей мере один из следующих компонентов расположен на первой стороне (10):- фильтр (12),- смещаемое средство (13) компенсации давления льда, и- гибкое средство (14) компенсации давления льда, и по меньшей мере один из следующих компонентов расположен на второй стороне (11):- насос (15),- датчик (16) давления, и- датчик (17) температуры.2. Устройство (1) подачи по п.1, причем устройство (1) подачи содержит фильтр (12), выполненный в виде съемного фильтрующего патрона (18), который содержит по меньшей мере один из следующих признаков:- по меньшей мере, крышку-защелку (19), которая может фиксировать фильтрующий патрон (18) на устройстве (1) подачи,- по меньшей мере, отверстие (20), которое может быть закрыто крышкой (21), и через которое фильтрующий патрон (18) может быть опорожнен без снятия с устройства (1) подачи, и- по меньшей мере, гибкое средство (14) компенсации давления льда.3. Устройство (1) подачи по п.1 или 2, причем устройство (1) подачи содержит фильтр (12), через который простирается путь (7) подачи, причем по меньшей мере один перепускной клапан (22) предусмотрен для обхода фильтра (12) и закрыт воздухопроницаемой диафрагмой (23).4. Устройство (1) подачи по п.1 или 2, причем устройство (1) подачи содержит, по меньшей мере, смещаемое средств
Claims (6)
1. Устройство (1) подачи для подачи восстановителя из бака (2) в устройство (3) очистки отработавших газов для нейтрализации отработавших газов от двигателя внутреннего сгорания (4), причем устройство (1) подачи содержит фланец (8), ограниченный, по меньшей мере, первой стороной (10) и второй стороной (11), причем первая сторона (10) и вторая сторона (11) расположены так, чтобы быть, по меньшей мере частично, взаимно противоположными, причем по меньшей мере один из следующих компонентов расположен на первой стороне (10):
- фильтр (12),
- смещаемое средство (13) компенсации давления льда, и
- гибкое средство (14) компенсации давления льда, и по меньшей мере один из следующих компонентов расположен на второй стороне (11):
- насос (15),
- датчик (16) давления, и
- датчик (17) температуры.
2. Устройство (1) подачи по п.1, причем устройство (1) подачи содержит фильтр (12), выполненный в виде съемного фильтрующего патрона (18), который содержит по меньшей мере один из следующих признаков:
- по меньшей мере, крышку-защелку (19), которая может фиксировать фильтрующий патрон (18) на устройстве (1) подачи,
- по меньшей мере, отверстие (20), которое может быть закрыто крышкой (21), и через которое фильтрующий патрон (18) может быть опорожнен без снятия с устройства (1) подачи, и
- по меньшей мере, гибкое средство (14) компенсации давления льда.
3. Устройство (1) подачи по п.1 или 2, причем устройство (1) подачи содержит фильтр (12), через который простирается путь (7) подачи, причем по меньшей мере один перепускной клапан (22) предусмотрен для обхода фильтра (12) и закрыт воздухопроницаемой диафрагмой (23).
4. Устройство (1) подачи по п.1 или 2, причем устройство (1) подачи содержит, по меньшей мере, смещаемое средство (13) компенсации давления льда, содержащее подвижный элемент (24), который смещен к упору (26) подпружиненным элементом (25), причем подвижный элемент (24) закрыт уплотнительным кольцом (30) V-образного сечения.
5. Устройство (1) подачи по п.1 или 2, причем устройство (1) подачи содержит датчик (16) давления и насос (15), причем датчик (16) давления расположен после насоса (15) вдоль пути (7) подачи через устройство (1) подачи, и гибкое средство (14) компенсации давления льда расположено на датчике (16) давления на первом расстоянии (31) менее чем 20 мм (миллиметров) от датчика (16) давления.
6. Устройство (1) подачи по п.1 или 2, причем датчик (16) давления расположен на ответвительном канале (33), который отходит от пути (7) подачи через устройство (1) подачи, а гибкое средство (14) компенсации давления льда простирается в ответвительный канал (33).
