Abstract
Способ повышения эффективности теплообменного элемента, заключающийся в интенсификации теплообмена путем выполнения периодических кольцевых выступов на внутренней поверхности теплообменного элемента, характеризующийся тем, что теплообменный элемент выполняют в виде спиралевидной гибкой трубы с периодически расположенными на ее внутренней поверхности турбулизаторами, предпочтительно, в виде кольцевых выступов, при этом радиус R спирали выполняют в пределах 0,05≤D/R≤0,25, где D - внутренний диаметр трубы, R - радиус спирали, внутренний диаметр d выступов - в пределах 0,85≤d/D≤0,98, а шаг t между ними - в пределах 0,45≤t/D≤0,6.A method of increasing the efficiency of a heat exchange element, which consists in intensifying heat transfer by performing periodic annular protrusions on the inner surface of the heat exchange element, characterized in that the heat exchange element is made in the form of a spiral flexible pipe with periodically arranged turbulizers, preferably in the form of annular protrusions, this radius R of the spiral is performed within 0.05≤D / R≤0.25, where D is the inner diameter of the pipe, R is the radius of the spiral, the inner diameter the meter d of the protrusions is within 0.85≤d / D≤0.98, and the step t between them is within 0.45≤t / D≤0.6.
