Abstract
1. Платежная система, включающая,по меньшей мере, один элемент фрактала, представляющий собой ядро фрактала - серверный узел, и соответствующие данному ядру фрактала средства подключения, по меньшей мере, одного ядра фрактала, отличного от упомянутого, терминала отправителя платежной инструкции и/или терминала получателя платежной инструкции;средства обеспечения информационной безопасности платежной системы устанавливаемой степени защиты информации;средства изменения топологии фрактала, включая изменение количества элементов фрактала, исходя из условия:однородности фрактала, а также вида и свойств существующих связей между элементами фрактала при изменении количества элементов фрактала,известности любого элемента фрактала системы и доступа к нему с любого заданного элемента фрактала системы.2. Платежная система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что терминал отправителя платежной инструкции выбран из перечня, включающего:индивидуальный пользовательский терминал физического лица; общедоступный терминал самообслуживания физических лиц; рабочий терминал юридического лица - участника платежной системы.3. Платежная система по п.2, отличающаяся тем, что терминал отправителя платежной инструкции подключен к ядру фрактала через серверный узел, соответствующего оператора.4. Платежная система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что терминал получателя платежной инструкции выбран из перечня, включающего:индивидуальный пользовательский терминал физического лица; общедоступный терминал самообслуживания физических лиц; рабочий терминал юридического лица - участника платежной системы.5.
