Abstract

1. Композиция (10) материалов, в частности, для защиты или в качестве защиты (30, 30') от окисления или в качестве уплотнения, содержащаянесущий компонент (11) идополнительный компонент (12),при этом дополнительный компонент (12) имеет одну или несколько керамических добавок (12', 12”), ипри этом несущий компонент (11) и дополнительный компонент (12) присутствуют в объемном соотношении в диапазоне от примерно 1:9 до примерно 7:3.2. Композиция (10) материалов по п.1, в которой несущий компонент (11) и дополнительный компонент (12) присутствуют с соотношением объемов в диапазоне от примерно 1:4 до примерно 2:1, предпочтительно в диапазоне примерно 1:1.3. Композиция (10) материалов по любому из пп.1 или 2, которая выполнена в виде снабженной или заполненной несколькими керамическими добавками (12', 12”) графитовой пленки (10-1), иликоторая выполнена в виде снабженного одной или несколькими добавками (12', 12”) материала на основе смолы, в частности, в виде пленки (10-1) или в виде жидкого, вязкого, пастообразного или гелеобразного материала, и/или с одной или несколькими функциональными добавками.4. Композиция (10) материалов по любому из пп.1 или 2, в которой по меньшей мере одна керамическая добавка (12', 12”) является или имеет стойкий к высоким температурам материал, образующий стекло материал и/или материал, который, в частности, при температурах свыше примерно 700°С, окисляется и тем самым спекается.5. Композиция (10) материалов по любому из пп.1 или 2, в которой по меньшей мере одна керамическая добавка (12', 12”) может быть материалом или иметь материал из группы, которая образована из TiB, TiO, Si, SiC, SiN, BN, BC, CaB, FeB, SiN, Zr(HPO), AlO, AlB, AlB, SiB, PB, ZnO·BO, трифосфата цинка, боратов цинка или их

Claims (21)

1. Композиция (10) материалов, в частности, для защиты или в качестве защиты (30, 30') от окисления или в качестве уплотнения, содержащая
несущий компонент (11) и
дополнительный компонент (12),
при этом дополнительный компонент (12) имеет одну или несколько керамических добавок (12', 12”), и
при этом несущий компонент (11) и дополнительный компонент (12) присутствуют в объемном соотношении в диапазоне от примерно 1:9 до примерно 7:3.
2. Композиция (10) материалов по п.1, в которой несущий компонент (11) и дополнительный компонент (12) присутствуют с соотношением объемов в диапазоне от примерно 1:4 до примерно 2:1, предпочтительно в диапазоне примерно 1:1.
3. Композиция (10) материалов по любому из пп.1 или 2, которая выполнена в виде снабженной или заполненной несколькими керамическими добавками (12', 12”) графитовой пленки (10-1), или
которая выполнена в виде снабженного одной или несколькими добавками (12', 12”) материала на основе смолы, в частности, в виде пленки (10-1) или в виде жидкого, вязкого, пастообразного или гелеобразного материала, и/или с одной или несколькими функциональными добавками.
4. Композиция (10) материалов по любому из пп.1 или 2, в которой по меньшей мере одна керамическая добавка (12', 12”) является или имеет стойкий к высоким температурам материал, образующий стекло материал и/или материал, который, в частности, при температурах свыше примерно 700°С, окисляется и тем самым спекается.
5. Композиция (10) материалов по любому из пп.1 или 2, в которой по меньшей мере одна керамическая добавка (12', 12”) может быть материалом или иметь материал из группы, которая образована из TiB2, TiO2, Si, SiC, Si3N4, BN, B4C, CaB6, FeB, Si3N4, Zr(HPO4)2, Al2O3, AlB2, AlB12, SiB6, PB, ZnO·B2O3, трифосфата цинка, боратов цинка или их комбинаций.
6. Композиция (10) материалов по любому из пп.1 или 2, в которой дополнительный компонент (12) имеет в качестве первой и второй добавки (12', 12”), либо B4C, соответственно, SiC, B4C, соответственно, Zr(HPO4)2, B4C, соответственно, TiO2, TiB2, соответственно, Si, или же TiO2, соответственно, Si, или образован из них, в частности, в соответствии со следующей таблицей:

7. Композиция (10) материалов по любому из пп.1 или 2, в которой несущий компонент (11) имеет или образован из графитового материала (11'), расширенного соединения внедрения графита с применением H2SO4 (GHS), расширенного соединения внедрения графита с применением HNO3 (GN) и/или их смесей (GNS), одного или нескольких волоконных материалов на основе углерода или их комбинаций, при этом они присутствуют, в частности, в расширенном и/или порошкообразном виде, и/или при этом предусмотрены одна или несколько функциональных добавок, например, с или из синтетического графита или одной или нескольких саж.
8. Композиция (10) материалов по любому из пп.1 или 2, в которой несущий компонент (11) имеет или образован из материала (11”) смолы, в частности материала фенольной смолы и/или из одного или нескольких термореактивных или термопластичных полимеров.
9. Композиция (10) материалов по любому из пп.1 или 2, который, в частности, при комнатной температуре, присутствует в виде пленки (11-1) и/или в виде войлока.
10. Композиция (10) материалов по любому из пп.1 или 2, который, в частности, при комнатной температуре, присутствует в виде жидкого, вязкотекучего, пастообразного или гелеобразного материала, в частности, в виде покраски (11-2).
11. Композиция (10) материалов по любому из пп.1 или 2, которая при комнатной температуре является механически связанной, механически гибкой, механически эластичной и/или электрически проводящей.
12. Композиция (10) материалов по любому из пп.1 или 2, которая при температуре свыше 700°С является или остается механически связанной.
13. Композиция (10) материалов по любому из пп.1 или 2, в которой дополнительный компонент (12) имеет одну или несколько функциональных добавок с или из графитового материала, синтетического графита, природного графита, одной или нескольких саж, одним или несколькими волоконными материалами на основе углерода или их комбинации, при этом они присутствуют, в частности, в расширенном и/или порошковом виде, и/или
в которой дополнительный компонент (12) имеет одну или несколько добавок с или из металлических материалов, предпочтительно с медью, в частности, в порошковом виде.
14. Композиция (10) материалов по любому из пп.1 или 2, в которой несущий компонент (11) и дополнительный компонент (12) присутствуют в виде или по существу в виде смеси друг с другом.
15. Способ изготовления композиции (10) материалов по любому из пп.1-14, в котором несущий компонент (11) и дополнительный компонент (12) смешивают в соответствующем объемном соотношении, и прессуют в пленку.
16. Способ по п.15, в котором
(a) несущий компонент (11) перед прессованием с дополнительным компонентом (12) присутствует в виде жидкой, вязкотекучей, пастообразной или гелеобразной смолы и смешивается в соответствующем объемном соотношении с дополнительным компонентом (12),
(b) полученную жидкую, вязкотекучую, пастообразную или гелеобразную смесь отливают в пленку (10-1) и при необходимости подвергают затвердеванию и/или прессуют и
(c) в частности, полученную пленку (10-1) наносят с помощью ламинирования.
17. Способ изготовления композиции (10) материалов по любому из пп.1-14, в котором
несущий компонент (11) присутствует в виде жидкого, вязкотекучего, пастообразного или гелеобразного материала,
дополнительный компонент (12) присутствует в виде насыпного материала, в виде порошка, в виде жидкого, вязкотекучего, пастообразного или гелеобразного материала,
несущий компонент (11) и дополнительный компонент (12) смешивают друг с другом в определенном объемном соотношении и
в котором возникающую за счет этого смесь:
подготавливают в виде жидкого, вязкотекучего, пастообразного или гелеобразного материала или
с помощью другой стадии обработки подготавливают в качестве композиции (10) материалов и выполняют в виде пленки.
18. Применение композиции (10) материалов по любому из п.п.1-14 в качестве защиты (30, 30') от окисления в основанном на графите или углероде или усиленном графитом или углеродом теле (100) или детали (100).
19. Применение по п.18, в котором композиция (10) материалов предусмотрена в виде покрытия на поверхности (100а) или на части поверхности (100а) тела (100) или детали (100) или в виде подмешивания материала на или в поверхности (100а) или на или в части поверхности (100а) тела (100) или детали (100).
20. Применение по любому из пп.18 или 19, в котором тело (100) или деталь (100) является теплозащитным элементом, жаропрочной облицовкой, электродом, электродуговым электродом, деталью или инструментом.
21. Применение по любому из пп.18 или 19 в качестве уплотнения между двумя деталями (100, 101, 102), в частности, на фланце (100f, 101f, 102f) или т.п., предпочтительно в виде плоского уплотнения, кольцевого уплотнения или ленточного уплотнения.
