Abstract
1. Композиция по уходу за полостью рта, содержащая (а) перорально приемлемый носитель; (b) сополимер метилвинилового эфира и малеинового ангидрида; (c) соединение или соль металла, которые становятся более растворимыми при кислом рН; и (d) абразивное вещество, причем композиция обеспечивает защиту от эрозии зубной эмали.2. Композиция по уходу за полостью рта по п.1, в которой соединение или соль металла, которые становятся более растворимыми при кислом рН, выбраны из кальций- или цинксодержащих соединений.3. Композиция по уходу за полостью рта по любому из пп.1 и 2, в которой соединение или соль металла, которые становятся более растворимыми при кислом рН, содержат соединение или соль кальция.4. Композиция по уходу за полостью рта по п.3, в которой соединение или соль кальция является карбонатом кальция.5. Композиция по уходу за полостью рта по любому из пп.1 и 2, в которой соединение или соль металла является соединением или солью цинка.6. Композиция по уходу за полостью рта по п.5, в которой соединение или соль цинка выбраны из группы, состоящей из оксида цинка, карбоната цинка, цитрата цинка, силиката цинка, станната цинка, бензоата цинка, тетрафторбората цинка, гексафторсиликата цинка и их комбинаций.7. Способ уменьшения эрозии зубов под действием кислоты, включающий 1) предоставление композиции, содержащей (a) перорально приемлемый носитель, (b) сополимер метилвинилового эфира и малеинового ангидрида, (c) соединение или соль металла, которые становятся более растворимыми при кислом рН, и (d) абразивное вещество; и 2) доставку композиции в ротовую полость пациента, в котором доставленная композиция наносит слой сополимера метивин�
Claims (20)
1. Композиция по уходу за полостью рта, содержащая (а) перорально приемлемый носитель; (b) сополимер метилвинилового эфира и малеинового ангидрида; (c) соединение или соль металла, которые становятся более растворимыми при кислом рН; и (d) абразивное вещество, причем композиция обеспечивает защиту от эрозии зубной эмали.
2. Композиция по уходу за полостью рта по п.1, в которой соединение или соль металла, которые становятся более растворимыми при кислом рН, выбраны из кальций- или цинксодержащих соединений.
3. Композиция по уходу за полостью рта по любому из пп.1 и 2, в которой соединение или соль металла, которые становятся более растворимыми при кислом рН, содержат соединение или соль кальция.
4. Композиция по уходу за полостью рта по п.3, в которой соединение или соль кальция является карбонатом кальция.
5. Композиция по уходу за полостью рта по любому из пп.1 и 2, в которой соединение или соль металла является соединением или солью цинка.
6. Композиция по уходу за полостью рта по п.5, в которой соединение или соль цинка выбраны из группы, состоящей из оксида цинка, карбоната цинка, цитрата цинка, силиката цинка, станната цинка, бензоата цинка, тетрафторбората цинка, гексафторсиликата цинка и их комбинаций.
7. Способ уменьшения эрозии зубов под действием кислоты, включающий 1) предоставление композиции, содержащей (a) перорально приемлемый носитель, (b) сополимер метилвинилового эфира и малеинового ангидрида, (c) соединение или соль металла, которые становятся более растворимыми при кислом рН, и (d) абразивное вещество; и 2) доставку композиции в ротовую полость пациента, в котором доставленная композиция наносит слой сополимера метивинилового эфира и малеинового ангидрида и соединения или соли металла на эмаль зуба.
8. Способ по п.7, в котором соединение или соль металла выбраны из кальций- или цинксодержащих соединений.
9. Способ по п.8, в котором соединение или соль металла является соединением или солью кальция.
10. Способ по п.9, в котором соединение или соль кальция является карбонатом кальция.
11. Способ по п.8, в котором соединение или соль металла является соединением или солью цинка.
12. Способ по п.11, в котором соединение или соль цинка выбраны из группы, состоящей из оксида цинка, карбоната цинка, цитрата цинка, силиката цинка, станната цинка, бензоата цинка, тетрафторбората цинка, гексафторсиликата цинка и их комбинаций.
13. Способ по любому из пп.8-12, который дополнительно включает приложение напряжения сдвига к композиции, которое сдвигает-выравнивает слой сополимера метилвинилового эфира и малеинового ангидрида и соединения или соли металла, который нанесен на зубы, в котором выравненный сдвигом слой становится более гомогенным.
14. Способ по п.13, в котором применяемое напряжение сдвига приводит к тому, что сополимер метилвинилового эфира и малеинового ангидрида становится более упорядоченным.
15. Способ по п.13, в котором применяемое напряжение сдвига приводит к тому, что соединение или соль металла становятся более упорядоченными.
16. Способ по п.13, в котором применяемое напряжение сдвига приводит к тому, что сополимер метилвинилового эфира и малеинового ангидрида и соединение или соль металла становятся более упорядоченными.
17. Способ по любому из пп.8-12, в котором соединение или соль металла содержит анизотропным образом сформированные частицы.
18. Способ по любому из пп.8-12, в котором соединение или соль металла содержит изотропным образом сформированные частицы.
19. Способ по п.13, в котором напряжение сдвига применяется путем трения зубов с помощью устройства.
20. Способ по п.19, в котором устройство содержит зубную щетку.
