Abstract
Защитное устройство для взрывоопасных объектов, содержащее металлический бронированной каркас с бронированной металлической обшивкой и наполнителем, который выполнен в виде дисперсной системы воздух-свинец, причем свинец выполнен по форме в виде крошки, а каркас имеет в торцах неподвижные патрубки-опоры, а в покрытии взрывоопасного объекта жестко заделаны, по крайней мере, три опорных стержня с листами-упорами в верхней части, которые телескопически вставлены в неподвижные патрубки-опоры в металлическом бронированном каркасе, отличающееся тем, что в верхней части опорных стержней закреплены упруго-демпфирующие элементы, один конец которых жестко связан своим основанием с листами-упорами, а другой - расположен свободно, при этом каждое из упруго-демпфирующих элементов закреплено посредством винтов своим основанием, выполненным в виде круглого диска из жесткого вибродемпфирующего материала типа «Агат», на листах-упорах, жестко соединенных со стержнями, а основание упруго-демпфирующего элемента, соединено со втулкой из эластомера, имеющей центральное отверстие, через которое проходит стержень, причем втулка имеет, по крайней мере, три отверстия, соосных со стержнем, в которых расположены упругие элементы, например цилиндрические винтовые пружины, верхний торец которых посредством крепежных элементов соединен с основанием, а нижний - находится в неподжатом состоянии и выступает за нижнюю плоскость втулки на расстояние, определяемое усилием, развиваемым ударной взрывной волной.A protective device for explosive objects containing a metal armored frame with armored metal casing and filler, which is made in the form of a dispersed air-lead system, moreover, the lead is made in the form of a crumb, and the frame has fixed ends-supports at the ends, and in the coating of an explosive at least three support rods with stop plates in the upper part, which are telescopically inserted into the fixed support pipes in a metal armored frame, are rigidly sealed in that in the upper part of the support rods are fixed elastic damping elements, one end of which is rigidly connected with its base to the abutment sheets, and the other is freely positioned, each of the elastic damping elements being fixed by screws with its base, made in the form a round disk made of hard vibration-damping material of the Agat type, on the abutment sheets rigidly connected to the rods, and the base of the elastic damping element is connected to the elastomer sleeve having a central hole through which passes the rod, and the sleeve has at least three holes coaxial with the rod, in which there are elastic elements, for example cylindrical coil springs, the upper end of which is connected to the base by means of fasteners, and the lower end is in an unpressed state and stands for the lower plane of the sleeve at a distance determined by the force developed by the shock wave.
