Abstract
Однотактный автоколебательный конвертер, содержащий ключевой транзистор с трансформаторной нагрузкой и с резистором-датчиком тока, включенным между общим электродом ключевого транзистора и общей шиной, пороговый элемент, вход которого через цепь отрицательной обратной связи по току подключен к общему электроду ключевого транзистора, а также цепь положительной обратной связи по напряжению, один вывод которой соединен с выходным электродом ключевого транзистора, отличающийся тем, что в него введен дополнительно усилитель напряжения с двухтактным выходом, включенный между выходом порогового элемента и входом управления ключевого транзистора, при этом другой вывод цепи положительной обратной связи по напряжению соединен с входом порогового элемента.A one-cycle self-oscillating converter containing a key transistor with a transformer load and with a current sensor resistor connected between the common electrode of the key transistor and the common bus, a threshold element whose input is connected to the common electrode of the key transistor via a negative current feedback circuit, and a positive circuit voltage feedback, one output of which is connected to the output electrode of the key transistor, characterized in that an additional voltage amplifier with a push-pull output connected between the output of the threshold element and the control input of the key transistor, while another terminal of the positive voltage feedback circuit is connected to the input of the threshold element.
