Abstract
1. Способ производства цементного клинкера, включающий подготовку и обжиг исходного сырья с добавлением золошлаковых отходов угольных электростанций, отличающийся тем, что производство цементного клинкера осуществляют в две стадии, на первой стадии из золошлаковых отходов угольных электростанций извлекают магнитную фракцию, остаток обрабатывают щелочью до полного выщелачивания кремнезема, образовавшийся глиноземный концентрат спекают с известняком при температуре 1150-1200°C с получением белитового шлама, из которого содовым раствором выщелачивают алюминат натрия, а на второй стадии полученную твердую фазу спекают с известняком при температуре 1400-1450°C до образования цементного клинкера.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что на первой стадии раствор силиката натрия обрабатывают углекислым газом с получением аморфного кремнезема, образовавшийся раствор углекислого натрия обрабатывают известью, полученную щелочь направляют в начало первой стадии при температуре 65-100°C и давлении 1,5-2,5 МПа, а раствор алюмината натрия, образующегося при выщелачивании спека глиноземного концентрата с известняком используют для производства глинозема, причем корректировку химического состава цементного клинкера производят на второй стадии производства при смешении и спекании белитового шлама с известняком.1.
