Abstract
1. Способ очистки почвы от нефти и нефтепродуктов, включающий внесение в нефтезагрязненную почву биосорбента на основе торфа с иммобилизированными на нем микроорганизмами, отличающийся тем, что биосорбент представляет собой комплексный бактериально-дрожжевой или бактериально-грибной биосорбент, полученный путем накопления на индивидуальных комбинированных углеводно-углеводородных средах с последующией адсорбционной иммобилизацией на гидрофобном торфяном сорбенте концентрированных монокультур бактерий Rhodococcus egvi B-1117 или дрожжевого Rhodotorula glutinis Y-1112 или мицелиального Trichoderma lignorum (синоним Trichoderma viride) F98 грибов, взятых в эффективном качестве и количестве с содержанием микроорганизмов не менее 10КОЕ/ 1 г сорбента и последующего смешивания индивидуальных биосорбентов в комплексные бактериально-дрожжевой или бактериально-грибной биосорбенты при соотношении 1:1, а норма расхода комплексного биосорбента при внесении в нефтезагрязненную почву составляет не менее 5 т на 1 га площади или не менее 0,5 т биосорбента на 2,5 т нефтезагрязненной почвы с содержанием до 0,4 т нефтепродуктов.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что совместно с комплексным биосорбентом вносят минеральные удобрения с нормой расхода не менее 350 кг/га.1.
