Abstract

1. Биоинженерная конструкция, содержащая мезенхимальные стволовые клетки, выращенные в условиях для получения слоя внеклеточного матрикса, который синтезируется и собирается указанными мезенхимальными стволовыми клетками.2. Биоинженерная конструкция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что указанные мезенхимальные стволовые клетки представляют собой пуповинные мезенхимальные стволовые клетки.4. Биоинженерная конструкция по п.3, отличающаяся тем, что указанные пуповинные мезенхимальные стволовые клетки выделены из пуповинной крови, субэндотелия пупочной вены или вартонова студня.5. Биоинженерная конструкция по п.3, отличающаяся тем, что указанные пуповинные мезенхимальные стволовые клетки представляют собой периваскулярные клетки пуповины человека (HUCPVC).6. Биоинженерная конструкция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что указанные мезенхимальные стволовые клетки представляют собой мезенхимальные стволовые клетки человека.7. Биоинженерная конструкция по любому из пп.1-6, отличающаяся тем, что указанные мезенхимальные стволовые клетки смешаны с фибробластами.8.
